We enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff at the front desk both days were very personable and pleasant to deal with. The only issue and I wouldn’t even say issue is just that the breakfast area is not set up very well. Love all the seating that was great just the very small room where all the food was is very hard to maneuver through with a lot of other guests. Not even complaining just making a suggestion maybe for the future.

Clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff! Only reason to take off a star was the refrigerator motor making loud noises throughout the night, and the very small, inadequate dining facilities. Went early and dining area was so crowded we decided not to risk the mad dash once the doors opened up, and had breakfast elsewhere. Other than that, great!

Friendly efficient staff. Pleased with cleanliness of our room, hallways, lounge and breakfast area, fitness center and parking lots. Breakfast selections above average. Close vicinity to restaurants and shopping areas. Great selection’s for purchase in the foods and staples department.

Everything was really nice. Staff was friendly. Property clean. Only downfall we experienced is coming back from a function there was no parking as many trucks and uhauls were taking up multiple spots. We had to park at a vacant property in the parking lot next door.

First, the air conditioner only worked ok and it was very hot and humid outside! The king size bed was hard. But worst of all, we got back to our room after a long day out and they had not cleaned our room. We called the front desk four times before they answered and asked why our room had not been cleaned? We said could you at least take our dirty towels and bring us clean ones? They said we have to come down to the desk and get our own towels! When we did go down to get the towels there was no one there and we had to wait.

The room was nice and very clean. No TV guide left in the room to help navigate the TV and locate channels which was frustrating. The mattresses we did not find to be comfortable. We could feel the springs. The continental breakfast was very good. Nice variety and plenty of seating to accommodate all the guests.

The staff are wonderful, but the owners haven't invested anything in that property in a very long time. You get the outdated vibe the minute the elevator door opens and you see inside it. The mattress on the bed was so hard and worn that you rolled into the indentations left by years of previous guests. The sheets were clean, but you could see mattress stains through the sheets. I slept on top of the duvet with a towel for a blanket. The furniture in the room was outdated and grubby, as were the fittings in the bathroom. the room was clean, just worn. The whole hotel just looked outdated and neglected.

We arrived late in the evening and there was a huge bus group which arrived just before us. But the reception staff checked us in readily and we were able to get to the room (taking the stairs since there was a long line waiting) Room was clean and very spacious but we had trouble with the temperature adjustment. Either too cold with A/C or too warm when off. Generally, we had a good stay and staff were very helpful.

The hotel is surrounded by many roads and highways all around. There is a lot of vehicular traffic. The windows should have been made more sound proof. I have been to other hotels in similar kind of noisy areas and you cannot hear a peep inside.

We enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Carmen who was very helpful, friendly, and energetic running the front desk. The mattresses need to be replaced as they were sagging in the middle. Otherwise the room was more than adequate.

Booked via Travelocity. At check in we were first told that they were sold out. Then they gave us a room. At 10 pm we were startled to find someone trying to unlock the door to the room. Another couple was given keys to our room. We told them that the room was occupied. The front desk clerk called the room to apologize, but it made our stay very uncomfortable. It was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

They are 2 for 2 on staff friendliness and assistance. To be honest, they stand out as superior compared to recent overnight stays at other hotels in the area. Will prioritize them in the future - we tend to do last-minute travel so they are sometimes booked up.

Front desk was incredibly gracious and accommodating. Arrived after a red eye flight well before check in. Front desk put in genuine effort to get me into a room as quickly as possible and made efforts to make me as comfortable as possible while waiting. Their efforts and friendly nature were noted and greatly appreciated.

Check in and check out was quick. The breakfast was good even though the same menu everyday. They don’t have daily housekeeping if you are staying longer but once you ask, they will do it for you

Nice room and nice people running the place. A little hard to find because at night there was no light son sign for Holiday Inn so we drove past it and had to circle back. Just make it a little bit easier to find at night please. It is an oasis in the night.

Carmen was very nice and helpful. She was very attentive to my family of 7. We slept very comfortably in a Suite ( 2 queens, sofa sleeper, pack & play at request ). Hotel was very clean. 1 star deducted due to breakfast. Food was not good, eggs were slimy, bagels were hard as a rock, no bacon or sausage options. Not many options for smaller kids besides Cheerios, fruit loops or special k.
