We were there during 90 degree weather pool was not functioning for almost 2 days… something about the chemicals… another day we were woken up by the fire alarm a little before 7am..they were trying to fix it for over an hour! Very inconvenient for us trying to have a relaxing few days!😡

The area is convenient and the general set up of the suite was nice with the kitchenette. Unfortunately, too many things added up to make this not enjoyable and I will not be staying here again since there are so many hotels in this area. The room was ok cleaning wise. The floor was a bit sticky and the shower was not the cleanest. But we left a soda out for a couple hours and it was covered in ants. Told the front desk and said they would spray while we were out and we were determined to not leave out any food for the rest of our stay. Got home and found ants in our bags. Went swimming in the pool only for 15 minutes later for someone to tell us someone had thrown up in it and we had to clean everything that touched pool water. We were on the side that faced the road so all night long I heard trucks and cars, ended up buying a fan to drown out the noise. The people were nice and the breakfast was ok but not worth being grossed out.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend to explore the Virginia Beach area. This hotel was wonderful for that! We did have a car, it would be pretty tough to get to the beach without one keep in mind. But parking during this stay was super easy, always able to get a spot very close to the front door - evening during 4th of July week. Very clean property with good variety of breakfast options. A little frustrating that the juice machine was down during our visit, but good coffee options. The air conditioner was SO loud in our room, however it circulated air well which was nice. The shades were very dark which helped us sleep in, and check out being so late was wonderful! The pool & hot tub were very nice and peaceful too - wish the pool was heated though. It was very cold. Everything else was great though, super clean and very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend! Wawa across the street for convenient gas stop too.

Pool & hot tub both closed!!!! That was literally the only reason we booked there. Spent an hour attempting to find other accommodations, there were none that could accommodate our family size (zero!) on such short notice (7pm). Such a disappointment.

My stay was awesome! The only issue i had was the fact that the hot tub was down and that the air did not feel very cold. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I was very excited until i found out that it wasnt working nor was there anything on the website that notified guests it wasnt working. The a.c. wasnt cold even though it was set to very cold. Otherwise, this is a nice and clean property.

The customer service was great! My family had plenty of space and the amenities were lovely. My only issue is that the ventilation system needs cleaning. There was a ton of dust by the air conditioning system in our room and by the pool area.

When I checked in and went to my room my floor was soaking wet. The bathroom had hair all over it. Called downstairs, maintenance man came and said it was water from the AC unit leaking. Checking into another room and it smelled like mold/mildew. Hot, no AC. Went back down they stated they had no more room! Was leave after a 8 hr drive with nowhere to stay. I’ve always stayed with this same hotel, never again!

This place was infested with roaches in the 2 bedroom suite. We were placed in another room and that was infested with roaches as well. The employees were very helpful in putting us in separate rooms, but this destroyed our trip. I would not stay here again. Had to put luggage in big trash bags on the drive back to Pennsylvania and leave in garage for fumigation purposes because we didn’t want our house infested.

The property itself was clean and well kept up. The room was the issue. The bathroom was very dirty around the tub area and base of the toilet and walls. The grout and tile had mold and dirt all around. The kitchen was clean except for around the base of cabinets on floor, very dirty and not maintained. The bed and beding was very comfortable and clean.

We spent one night at this Staybridge location. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and the property was very clean. The only issue we had was the stopper in the tub would not stay up while taking a shower, and the air conditioner in the room was loud. Overall it was a great stay, and we would stay here again.

The stay was okay. The plumbing was bad. We had to turn water off to avoid the noise. The ice maker made noise but not ice for long period of time. Then 4 cubes every 2 house. No ice machines

My family came down for admitted Student Day at NSU. Staff was super friendly before I even arrived. I ran into an issue right before we were going to check out and I was able to extend my check out time shortly which allowed me to rectify my issue and then hit the road.

The stay started out great and then went terrible. While the first one of us was showering maintenance came banging on the door to tell us it was leaking into the room below us when he came back we asked him if we were allowed to shower or no because two more showers needed to be had, he said said yeah we could. While the next person was in the shower they came back banging on the door telling us we couldn’t shower while he was in the shower and we were literally just told we could use the shower. They then gave us another room key to use to shower, but not sleep in. The front desk sent maintenance to our room at 8:30pm unannounced to basically put a bandage which was just a whole bunch of caulk over a major situation since the water was also leaking into our kitchen. It was unacceptable and uncomfortable to have maintenance coming in and out of our room at 8:30 at night while trying to eat dinner and never be offered to move other then to just shower in another room down the hall

I booked and paid for 3 rooms for myself, sister, and parents. When my sister got there she had them refund her room to my card and paid with her own card. According to the hotel the refund was process 5/9 but when I call Wells Fargo to ask if they see it they do not. So basically this hotel made double on our room.

We loved the room and the facilities. The late night front desk wasn't too friendly and there was something that wreaked of a dirty diaper in the trash by the elevator, we let multiple folks know about the trash and no one removed the trash during our whole stay. It was quite putrid.

A good place to bed down for the night while traveling north to south not much in the area. In fact, no dining options without getting in your car Wawa is the best it gets. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The prices a bit much for what it is.

Overall stay was decent, however I stay with Staybridge often and I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast….your typical Staybridge breakfast is a full breakfast with a decent selection of options…one of my favorites is the fresh fruit salad..however this property was very lacking….eggs a meat and waffles…the fruit salad was broken up into several containers to do what I believe was make the bar look fuller than it was….no potatoes any day I was there….the juice was out of order and the apple juice tasted more of water….i was there for 3 nights and all were the same….staff was friendly and property while old still had charm and was decently clean.

We really liked having a suite with a full size refrigerator. We also liked that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen area and that you could close a door to keep the sound of the refrigerator muffled while sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only disappointment with this venue was the food. The breakfast food wasn’t good. As a tea drinker I found it disappointing that there were no good tea options. The fruit was old, the sausage was hard, the mini waffles were like rubber and the coffee was too strong. We ended up toasting an English muffin. We were really looking forward to a hot meal so that was a big disappointment.

The stay here was amazing! We had excellent clean rooms. The staff and i mean all the staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find cats to move stuff from the vehicle to the room. The breakfast was phenomenal. And the lobby area was excellent for chilling.

Spa was broken and nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in or we wouldn't have, soda didn't work, breakfast bar poorly stocked, free toiletries and decent beds.
