Great place to stay, with so many nice things in terms of food and activities within short reach by car. Room was very clean and had everything one could ask for in an efficiency-style unit. The pool was also clean and the grounds were well landscaped and obviously well cared for. Quiet and peaceful setting, even though it is located on U.S. 41. The staff were super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

I loved this place!! I’ve lived for al ost 10 years in Nokomis, passed it a million times and never knew it was such a gem!! Room was impeccably clean, all the amenities we needed, and such a convenient location. It was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but the staff was personable, attentive and kind. We WILL definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved my stay here and i most certainly will be back again! From the friendliness and speed of check in to the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, to the peace and quiet, laundry room, sanitized appliances and flatware and plateware, to the most amazing location near Venice and Nokomis beaches, it was very much worth the great price! Thanks guy's!

We enjoyed our stay at Addy's Villas and really appreciated the great service! Michael, Charles, and the staff really take good care of the grounds and villas! It is located near the Pinellas bike trail and a great park is nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores in the area are very good and we had a great stay!

Small quiet location. The cottage was perfect with plenty of space to spread out when rain kept us inside. Very clean, kitchen items all personally wrapped, and all things included to keep place neat during stay. Save money in eating in as Publix and Aldi are only a block away. Great grassy area and plenty of safe space for kids to run out their energy. 2bd cottage also included washer/dryer and private garage. Will definitely return and stay longer.

The Villas are spacious and spotlessly clean. Although they are located directly on Route 41, they were quiet. The whole complex is very well maintained. What we particularly liked was a folder in which the owners listed detailed tips on sightseeing, excursions, shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was a little disturbing was the squeaky beds.

We stayed here last weekend and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The place was SPOTLESS — seriously, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when booking a new place, and this one totally exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were both super spacious and comfortable. I also loved the little kitchenette setup — a fridge, sink, and space to prep or warm up something quick. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the bathroom was just as clean and fresh as the rest of the room. Another thing I LOVED: no traditional check-in or check-out process! They called me beforehand and gave me super clear instructions on how to get in. We arrived late at night and the office was already closed, so this was a lifesaver. And when it was time to leave, they simply left our receipt at the door — no hassle, no lines, no stress. This made the whole experience so smooth and easy. To top it off, they had a folder in the room with local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, beaches, and things to do — so thoughtful and personal. Easy check in. Was really only there to sleep. Didn’t use pool. Had (via by road was noisy at night. The only thing I didn’t like if you wanted your towels washed you have to leave them out by the door by 9 AM no house cleaning

The villa itself was clean and well furnished, the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was non existent and the noise from the A/C and the neighboring A/C was enough to wake me from a sound sleep!

Chuck and Mike are excellent hosts, always accomodating any unusual request. Even the smallest villa has fully supplied kitchen with bowls, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, refrigerator and microwave. I stay here once or twice every year when I come to compete in Masters swimming meets. Excellent value.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The hosts were attentive and let us know about an issue with the air conditioner in our room BEFORE we got there and changed us to a room with no AC issue. If ever I come to the area again, I will definitely book my stay at Addy's!

We enjoyed our stay at Addy's Villas and really appreciated the great service! Michael, Charles, and the staff really take good care of the grounds and villas! It is located near the Pinellas bike trail and a great park is nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores in the area are very good and we had a great stay!

Chuck and Mike are excellent hosts, always accomodating any unusual request. Even the smallest villa has fully supplied kitchen with bowls, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, refrigerator and microwave. I stay here once or twice every year when I come to compete in Masters swimming meets. Excellent value.

Michael was so welcoming and the place was perfect. It felt like home and there were such thoughtful little details around the property. So clean and comfortable and clear instructions from the hosts. I will be back!

Really nice place. We enjoyed the extra room and howclean everything was! Great value. Neighborhood was busy and industrial but it was close to beaches and downtown was only about 7 minutes away. Nice yo have water and coffee in room.

Very impressed with the thought that had gone into how the accommodation was presented. We were in a villa in the middle of the site which was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great access to the beaches and local amenities at Venice and Nokomis. Would certainly book again! Thank you

I loved this place!! I’ve lived for al ost 10 years in Nokomis, passed it a million times and never knew it was such a gem!! Room was impeccably clean, all the amenities we needed, and such a convenient location. It was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but the staff was personable, attentive and kind. We WILL definitely be back!!

The Villas are spacious and spotlessly clean. Although they are located directly on Route 41, they were quiet. The whole complex is very well maintained. What we particularly liked was a folder in which the owners listed detailed tips on sightseeing, excursions, shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was a little disturbing was the squeaky beds.

The space was clean, spacious and comfortable. Will stay again. The pool was nice, a little warm for my taste but the kids really enjoyed it. Quiet and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Perfect spot. The only complaint I would mention is the internet was never able to be connected on our phones or tablets. But it really wasn't a huge deal.

Literally the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Centrally located and staff/owner was easy to reach. Very cute place. It is off 41 in Florida but tucked way back and very Old Florida vibes. Very cute. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We checked in late and it was easy to get settled right in. Room super clean and love the location. Laundry room was so convenient and the pool was nice and quiet. Gas station next door was great for coffee! We booked another stay!
