Many hotels to choose from in the area. This hotel is clean and reasonably priced. However, beware that parking is not free. Was surprised by the extra charge. Next time will be looking for hotel that includes free parking.

Nice property, staff for the most part were nice. We only had one real issue. We were there for sporting event & the kids were in the fitness center with an adult who had gone into the restroom (that was in the fitness center) and a staff member told the parents that this kids could not be in there alone & needed to stop screwing around on the machines. We spoke to the parent & not one of them was misusing the machines when on them. They also have an elevator that would get stuck constantly & when it was mentioned to the staff they said oh yeah it’s been doing that. We are not sure if they reported it for repair as it never had an out of order or saw any repair people there.

Good experience staying here for one night. The hotel provides free airport shuttle very 30 mins. And it takes 10-15 mins to get to the airport. Very convenient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well. The suite is spacious with a good size of living room.

The shuttle was great…drivers were friendly & on time. Desk staff were nice about storing our luggage after check-out and the getting it out right away. Complimentary breakfast was really good, although it’d be nice if it went to 10am. We came down at 8:50am and there was only a couple hot items left.

The gentleman who checked us in had a football in his hands & a huge smile on his face. Very welcoming & ready to help. Our room is very comfortable & the 3:30 am shuttle to the airport is a huge convenience!

The person at the desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless. The place is a great deal, with two beds and a trundle bed to boot, which rolls out from the couch in the adjoining room (if needed), for a very affordable price. The free breakfast was also better than average as far as these go.

Only stayed for 8 hours to get some sleep, but everything ran smoothly from check in to check out. Room was clean, some good options for a grab and go breakfast and suited us perfectly for what we needed.

Spent 3 days there. Waited 90 minutes for airport transportation to pick up me from the airport. The maid staff dosnt listen and won’t clean up the room when requested. The entire time during my stay the hotel guest check in system was down. The bathrooms in the rooms were dirty and while showering I found 3 bugs crawling into my shower. The room smelled like mildew and to top it off I had the do not disturb sign hanging on my door. While I was changing I had the house keeping staff open my door and walk into my room while I had ZEROE CLOTHS ON. Never got a single apology from the staff or front desk management. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT ANY HOTEL IN MY LIFE.

We liked that they had airport parking and a shuttle. It was walking distance to restaurants. It was clean on the inside and the staff was very friendly both times that we stayed. The outside patio area was very dirty. That would be my only complaint. I always left the area with white dust all over me.

Ive stayed at many SpringHill Suites and frankly just wasn't impressed with this property. Their breakfast definitely needs to be improved. The eggs looked like powdered eggs, there weren't many options and frankly I just didn't love it here. I would rather stay at the DoubleTree across the road.

Loved our pre-flight stay here!! With four adults in one room and a lot of luggage it was so nice to have the seating area. Great to have microwave and fridge so we didn't need to walk to dinner (might be nice at a future stay), but the BEST was the breakfast!!! They had so many options, real cooked oatmeal, very great tasting omelet and SO much more. Also the breakfast staff were very nice.
