Ease of reserving rooms, helpful staff (front desk and breakfast room), very clean room when we checked in. The housekeeping staff was also pleasant and friendly when we met them in the hall (we didn’t need anything from them for a 2-night stay). The elevator was a bit slow and looked like it has seen better days, but it was perfectly functional.

The staff was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. I didn't use the gym. The facility is a little worn around the edges, but everything functioned as it should have. My only complaint is the breakfast: it's only a continental breakfast (no hot eggs or breakfast meats) and the coffee is horrible. I just go to the near-by diner instead.

We have stayed at this property many times and it has never failed to please. The rooms (we had king room) are very up to date and well maintained. Really clean. There is breakfast which I haven't eaten yet today but it's been very adequate on past stays. My only tip, and I hope I remember this, is to request a room away from the highway as the traffic is heavy. Enjoy!

The front desk staff was great! The room smelled really musky and had a lot of visible wear and tear. Other guests were very load all through out the night banging on doors and fighting, so we did not get the rest we needed. Breakfast was lacking and the coffee was sludgy. It’s fine for what we needed it for a one night stop on a roadtrip but we won’t be back.

On the one hand, the TV in the rooms was analog--ANALOG--not digital. On the other hand, as is always the case these days, there was a TV in the breakfast room that nobody was watching. Please, please, remove TVs from breakfast rooms, they're only noisy distractions.

This has been our go to hotel when traveling. Our room was spacious and clean. The curtains did a good job blocking out light. Nice shower. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room was too warm. We attempted lowering the temperature but this didn't help at all.

Our King Bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. It would have been softer to sleep on a concrete sidewalk. When we called the front desk about the bed, the clerk said we could come to the front desk and get two comforters to soften the bed. Are you kidding me? We were given no other recourse as the clerk said all the beds throughout the hotel were the same. Never in my 66 years have I felt a harder bed. At one point my wife said, my we're being 'punk'd and someone will come and say, 'ok, joke's over. You don't have to sleep on that rock.' No sleep was to be had on that bed. Avoid this property without exception. How this is on 'Hotels.com site is beyond me. Would not reocmmend this place to anyone.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The majority of the housekeepers didnt speak English, so I thought they understood we wanted our room cleaned. I purposely left the beds unmade along with a tip. When we returned the tip was still there and the bed was unmade. Maybe I misunderstood somethi when we checked in. I thought they said the towels would be changed every 3 days.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to thank Lorena in particular. I arrived late in the evening with my family (2 kids already asleep in the back of the car) and realized, upon arrival, that I had accidentally booked our room for the wrong night! Not only did Lorena manage to get us a room for the night (without additional charges), but she did it in the same amount of time I would expect a normal check in to take. Thank you for turning a potentially difficult situation into a funny story I could tell my wife! The hotel itself is fine. Everything was as clean and taken care of as I’d expect. The breakfast isn’t fancy, but it’s free and easy. (My son loved the automatic pancake maker.) Best about it, I’d say, is the reasonable price and the convenient location relative to the Beacon MetroNorth train station. And Lorena. Thanks again!

Check in woman was super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Traveling with my daughter and this was about our halfway point. Its right off of I84, next to a diner that appeared to be well known due to how busy it looked, and a gas station down the street. Hotel was quiet and couldnt hear the highway. Breakfast attendant was always cleaning and restocking. Would def stay again!

Conveniently located to Beacon, with a diner right next door. The diner was helpful as the "breakfasts" provided were high carb-infused. Room was relatively comfortable and spacious, however the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine in operation and couldn't be separated from the lights. The shower faucet control seemed like it would fall off any moment. The television delivered a mediocre "analog" picture which looked like an old time rabbit-ear antenna image. Finally then room service never made up our room and we had to call for new towels - their "policy" is that they only provide room cleaning if staying 3 days or more. This is noted on a long memo on the counter at check-in, which you don't realize at the time unless someone points it out to you. Certainly not worth the rate charged.

Great pace to stay next to the I-84. Clean yet slightly outdated rooms with bad TV-reception. Breakfast was ok since it was complimentary but lacks healthy option, except from oranges. For a couple of nights we can recommend staying at this Quality Inn, staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a perfectly acceptable place for an overnight stay. It’s literally next to Route 84, there’s a good diner next door, and the rooms have the amenities you’d expect. The area is congested with traffic and appears a bit gritty. In short, there’s nothing bad and nothing great about it.

Nice clean neat inn at reasonable price with a diner right next to it. Its location is convenient for travel as it is right next to I84. That convenience turns a little into a liability is you are on the second floor on the I84 side. Hotel could use a little more sound proofing but that is only fault. Breakfast is decent as far as these serve yourself on the run kind of breakfasts go. Would stay here again but would request a room on the opposite side as I 84.

The property was very clean and close to everything. The breakfast was not up to par with the other hotels in the area. No hot foods except waffles and no healthy cereals, only sugary ones. Also no drinking water at the breakfast.

This was a pleasant experience. My only disappointment was the breakfast. Basicslly pre-packed microwave sandwiches, breads & cereals, yogurt. Pancake machine fodnt look appetizing. Wish there was a waffle machine instead. Diner in same lot so hearty breakfast there.

The staff is super nice. The included bfast isn’t the greatest. Make your own pancakes/waffles. All matter of breads and toppings. Cereals juices etc. The coffee is yuk.
