The room was clean. The jetted tub worked good. The microwave wouldn't work, and the side door to come in and out wouldn't work and the one on the inside the handle was broken. And we went out and about shopping, came back in and the card had been deactivated.But for the price and last minute it was ok.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately, the property itself left a lot to be desired. The surprising part is that the rooms were actually decent and comfortable. The biggest issue was the smell in the hallways. It smelled like a home where someone had tried to cover up cigarette smoke with a large amount of Lysol. The odor was extremely strong and unpleasant every time we walked through the halls. We also had problems with the exterior side doors. One door would read and accept our room key, but the door would not open. At another entrance, the outside door handle actually came off when I tried to open the door. Because of these issues, we had to walk all the way around the building to use the main entrance. Again, I want to emphasize that the staff was excellent and the room itself was decent. Unfortunately, the condition of the property, the strong hallway odor, and the problems with the exterior doors really took away from the overall experience.
