Peaceful Getaway, Sleeps 6・Pet Friendly & Hot Tub

Many maintenance, safety, cleanliness, communication, functionality issues. Communicated with the company the whole time, was told that someone was coming out to see what I was talking about. No one did until supposedly someone was on the property the last day (without me knowing) and they basically determined I was a liar. In their conclusion email they even wrongly stated what was supposedly checked out. They are not concerned about bad reviews. This is my first time having a bad experience with a rental. I would have given 1 star but I don’t like to do that despite the many issues.

The place was pet friendly which I greatly appreciate and it was nice and clean when we arrived which I really also appreciate. Issues we had are: Place was painted very dark and lighting was poor, only had fan light and dining room light and kitchen light and had to have them all on at night to have it bright enough to do anything. Mostly every door knob was loose. The fry pan was badly scratched up that I would not cook in it, the other pans were ok put there were no lids that properly fit any of the pans. Had trouble plugging things into some of the electrical outlets. When we arrived and open refrigerator there was a puddle of water on the first shelf. The freezer shelf is very rusty. I think the back patio could be weeded, was not inviting to go out there at all. We are an older couple, I would like to recommend you consider installing grab bars in the tubs/showers to assist people to get out of the tub/shower. Also would recommend a light in or near laundry area.

Very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the arcade and hot tub!

Nice little place .....hot tub was hot needs a little paint and a few repairs but over all nice stay

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was as listed and very clean. They had starter packs of sample cleaning supplies and toiletries. Everything worked appropriately. Hot tub stayed warm. We would definitely return. Communication was excellent.
