Great location, great kitchen--very well equipped. Very functional house, good for kids. House a bit dark and except for kitchen could use some updating.

Great location. The washer and dryer were convenient. We were able to walk to the beach. There are a few things that could be better. The dishes are old and chipped. There were ants all over the countertops. The master shower needs to be power washed. The dishwasher had problems. The lighting in the kitchen and dining area was too dark.
