The breakfast was great, comfy room, pool water was pretty cloudy & hot tub foamy, pool towels seem to be rationed, they would only bring 5 at a time... Would be nice if they had music in the pool area.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were nice and courteous. I was not a fan of the breakfast preparer when I noticed her filing her nails and removing cuticles in the backroom. The facility decor is outdated but is kept clean. Many things are out of order including washer, pool, hot tub and vending machine.

I think my stage would’ve been much better had the swimming pool area and the spa area been more organized there were several people that was always in there with regular flows and shoes and getting in the pool T-shirts and just regular clothes to adult ratios really bad and swimming pool area in my opinion it should be more restrictions and more rules on the people they have access to the swimming pool in Jacuzzi I would’ve given this place five stars had the pool and swimming pool area with follows more strict rules. I know it is a vacation or leisure trip but it was hard for me to relax having children and adults around me and regular clothes while I am just trying to enjoy a leisure swim .

Booked a hotel with a pool for a reason. To be able to swim with my kids. Pool water was so cold couldn't even use it. Hot tub temp is what the pool temp should've been.

The room smelled very strongly of bleach. Everything in the room was damp as if the room was extremely humid. The air condition ran non stop even though it was only set at 72°. There was urine on the floor behind the toilet, not cleaned properly. There was food and other particles all over the sheet when we pulled back the cover. There were bugs and dirt/grime in the corners of the room. Every door to every room on the first floor had what looked like someone had taken a crowbar and tried to break in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. The microwave smelled like something died in it and there were cigarette burns and other stains on the chairs in the room. I took photos because it was so unbelievably dirty. The attendant at checkout was absolutely friendly and helpful as much as he could be, it’s too bad the conditions of the rooms and building aren’t better. When I took my shoes off and walked on the hard floors my feet became wet and picked up all the dirt and grime on the floor due to the “humid” conditions. We tried to get a different room and were told they were full. We didn’t stay the second night and chalked the lost money as a lesson learned about booking.

The minute we opened the door to the room we smelled a dirty moldy smell. it was most likely from the air conditioner.I went to the front desk to request a room change the staff was very understanding and actually upgraded our room. It was a very nice gesture unfortunately the other room wasn’t much better!

I liked the hot pool a lot. I however feel that they should have a bathroom and a shower in the area to wash off the chlorine after using the pool. Also, the room and bathroom is a bit small. The bathroom door opens right in front of the toilet seat with very little space in between. There was a lot of noise coming from the air conditioning unit making it difficult to sleep at night.

Good hotel for a stay in the Kenosha area. Right by the highway so easy to get to. Many fast-food restaurants and chains nearby. Downtown Kenosha with more restaurants and Lake Michigan is just 20 minutes away. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C unit kept the room cool, but it's a little annoying because the fan goes on and off all night. Having the fan running at a low constant level would be easier for sleeping. Bathroom is a little small, but there is good counter space. Nice to have breakfast included with the room.

Asked for accessibility room but because I had my service dog I could not get it (desk said I had to have a “pet friendly room with hard floor). Without the hand holds and a high sided tub I couldn’t utilize the shower. Drink voucher was for a domestic beer only so I settled for my bourbon in my room. Adequate room but do not know where all the “excellent” ratings came from.

Turned off immediately by the front desk clerk trying to pull a scam by telling me that Expedia "never paid them" although I had an email and confirmation number that proved otherwise. Also the door on the room had a huge gash in it, that appeared like someone had tried breaking into at some point but it was never repaired. Hotel is old and dated. Loud pipes and fan going off throughout the night making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was ok. I would never stay here again.
