The hotel itself was very good. The location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was lacking to say the least. All else was great.

Great location, close to harbor and restaurants. Hotel was quiet, but with windows open lots of traffic noise. Can’t remember the last I had to put up with a shower that turned hot and cold during use. Breakfast was minimal, as skimpy as I’ve come across, toast, yogurt, cereal, 1 choice of juice, and those awful make your own waffles. The faucet handle for the hot just turned and turned in circles. Did not stop at all. You had to watch the water flow and stop turning the handle when the flow stopped or it would turn on again all the way. The entry light to the room did not work, nor did the microwave. A key was needed access the elevator, very inconvenient when carrying luggage or other things. Grossly overpriced for what is received. It’s ok if you just need a place to sleep.

This was a great hotel!! I had a great stay! The bed was clean, shower and bathroom were pristine, and view was gorgeous from the window and outside the door because it’s on top of a big hill! I really loved it here, the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast offerings and the coffee. Even some bananas, or apples would've improved the breakfast. The coffee tasted a little strange, but seriously wonderful hotel despite these things.

I booked a room with a view and most of my view was a dump. I booked the room 9 months in advance so I'm thinking they could have done better.
