It was a wonderful experience!!! We stopped for the night on the way back home in north mid-central Ohio from Orlando Florida, Disney and Universal. It was clean, great environment, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was out of this world!!! The only complaint was that we were so ready to relax in the spa but…it was green and we refused to get into it. The pool needed drained and cleaned as well…it looked like it had a little grime in it as well. But if we need to layover in that area again, we will be staying there!!!

I do not understand the high ratings. Room 321 was very noisy with truck breaking noises. The curtains and walls could use cleaning. The hotel is dated. The beds were comfortable, warm, and appeared clean. The food was good. A lady was waiting for someone to appear to check out when we were taking our luggage to the car. About 15 min later, I also had the same issue. After waiting awhile, i end up giving my room access cards to the person handling the breakfast.

The young lady that checked us in, was very helpful. The first room we stayed in was horrible. It stunk we asked to be moved to another room which did not have an odor. I would not stay at this comfort inn again.

Ants were in both beds. Room 121 and room 215 was infested with ants everywhere. Ants were crawling on us in the middle of the night and they were in our luggage. We had to get up and leave at 3:00am. The worst hotel experience of my life. My youngest son has autism and was highly traumatized by the experience.

Older building, conveniently located right off of interstate 77. Room was clean except the windows. Mildew/mold in the tracks from condensation. AC was very loud. Continental breakfast was ok. A variety of fresh fruit would have been nice. A stay of one or two nights would be fine but if we were to stay longer again, I would find a nicer hotel.

Property is well kept. Bedroom was large and clean with no bad orders. Bed was large and comfortable. Was not able to fully darken the bedroom due to very bright light illuminating the parking area which interrupted restful sleep. Water closet and shower were in a separate area with door from the sink and counter. This was great for privacy. Breakfast area is small but breakfast options were adequate. Staff was multitasking but attentive.

Check-in was seamless with a friendly desk attendant. Room was clean and quiet, despite being right next to the elevator. Got a great night's sleep! Bathroom was very clean and well-appointed. Bed was a little harder than home but still very comfortable for both of us. Breakfast the next morning was great, with eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, toast and bagels, cereals, yogurt, and coffee and juice. Always had flavored water and fresh fruit on hand. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel itself was fine. BUT we booked through Hotels.com and upon arrival we were told we did not have a reservation!!! The hotel attendant helped us contact Hotels.com and the reservation was made under someone elses name but of course Hotels.com immediately charged my husbands card. And no refunds!!! Then the Hotels.com didn't offer any explanation for the wrong name or offer so much as an apology. At first we were going to just leave and find something else. But we got investigating and found the charge with bank, and a receipt from Hotels.com But once again the actual reservation had another name, address and phone number. If we had left we would have still been charged by Hotels.com and had to pay for somewhere else to stay. And again let me reiterate Hotels.com did not so much as apologize to us as customers or to Comfort Inn as vendor. In fact they were quite rude to hotel clerk for their (Hotels.com) mistake and told them to call someone else! I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia AGAIN

We have stayed here every year for the last 3 years on our way home from winterimg in Florida. It’s very nice for the price and includes a hot breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. There is a slightly different “feel” though. We went to breakfast early and they ran out of muffins, bread, and were low on bagels. Telling people they ran out. Maybe there was a good reason for it but never had that happen. Staff was not unfriendly but not as welcoming as other years. Property is showing age just a bit. Overall still a good place to stay
