The room was acceptable, but the carpet was so dirty that our feet, socks, and my daughters' clothes turned black whenever they played on the floor. It completely ruined the experience.

Clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Pool closed as out of season. Room carpet had a stale odor but we got used to it.

We needed a late check in as we were driving late and arriving after 2 am. I called around 8 pm to notify them that we would be arriving late. The lady I spoke to assured me that we had a room even though they had overbooked and cancelled almost 40 rooms. When we arrived at 2:30 am we were informed by the night shift that they had charged us for a no show and sold our room. He was rude and unhelpful and not apologetic at all. I called to speak to the manager the next day and was told they would call me back. Surprisingly I never got that call. I am very disappointed in this being a Hilton brand. I expected more. As we were only in the lobby and parking lot it seemed those areas were a bit run down and dirty.

The carpeting smelled and was sticky under your feet. The shower door kept sliding open and would not stay shut. Pan handlers at front of hotel. Not worth $179/night. Limited handicap parking. 3 spaces. 1 for EV's. Great side, close to Main St and downtown. Quiet and helpful and nice staff.
