Beautifully designed, and everything needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. A wide assortment of fruit, pastries, eggs, bread, juice, and coffee. There is a gym, and an area with a pool table. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the rooms quite comfortable.

Aerotel, Athens Greece Pros Clean Great location, close to metro Quiet Ironing board and iron on request Good internet Goor sized room with very large bathroom Efficient check inn Fabulous breakfast area and great selection for breakfast Staff very nice, helpful and efficient Excellent A/C heating in room Close to downtown Complimentary bottle of wine Cons No coffee in lobby during day No fridge in room No microwave in room No clock in room Only one English TV channel. BBC news. Tiny elevators (3 people max). Bathroom floor elevated compared to room. We had a few painful toe stubs. General notes Airport is out of town. Taxi was 45 euros to reach hotel Surrounding area has uneven pavement and is not clean. We would stay here again

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Excellent air condition. The purified water is a great idea. Large and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed (even during an earthquake). Safe neighborhood. I found only 2 minor problems. The elevators are tooo small and you must walk 10 minutes for the public transportation (but it is good for the diet).

We celebrate our wedding anniversary here and stay for 4 nights. Breakfast area is decent and wide choice and breakfast is free and all included, great save. Every front desk staff are friendly, extremely helpful and cater everything we need during our stay. They save the room for us though we had a midnight 3 am check in, little dessert cake on check in is an added bonus. Especially thanks to Mary, Mary is absolutely brilliant stylist, and both of us had a very nice and satisfied haircut. I wish to choose this hotel again for my next trip in Athens with my family.

It was hair from I assume from cleaning lady in few places, room was missing bar code for dinner food order , and when finally get a bar code from lobby, menu looks like from different sources so I picked few items over $30 but it didn’t satisfy individual suppliers I think and it said I didn’t order enough to satisfy the supplier

I loved the bathroom outside of the smell that seemed to be coming from the plumbing. Pretty close to things you’ll need and the WiFi was amazing. The cleanliness is a bit questionable throughout though. A few possible stains on sheets, hair(upon arrival) throughout and cigarettes on the balcony. The staff were overall pretty helpful.

Beautiful hotel, bathroom is very spacious and staff was very friendly. But my room smelled like smoke.I actually thought selected a smoking room in error. I did speak to staff, but was told its not smoke smell but the carpet was cleaned, thats what I smell and no one is allowed to smoke in rooms. To make long story short, my room did not smell pleasant and I just couldn't get comfortable.

A fuir

I was shocked to see this hotel rated 4 stars, as the reviews suggested a much higher standard. After staying here, I realized how misleading those reviews were. The rooms were dirty, the plumbing outdated with terrible water pressure, and the bathrooms old and unclean. This has been, without a doubt, my worst hotel experience, and it makes me question the reliability of hotel ratings in Athens.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay here, the hotel suited my needs perfectly. Room was a good size and clean. Bed comfortable, AC meant it was easy to have the room at the right temperature. Perhaps my only compliant was noise from the busy road outside but it didn’t stop me sleeping. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and the staff are stellar. They delivered a bottle of wine to the room, booked an early taxi for us, presented us cookies upon arrival, carried our bags. I would go back in a heartbeat. The only hiccup was the front desk guy on the overnight shift. We left VERY early so wanted to be quiet and self-sufficient upon departure. We loaded our luggage in the elevator and hoped it would meet us on the first floor. When it didn't, we had to ask for assistance. This guy couldn't have been more rude. Besides that situation, it was a great stay.
