We stayed for 1 night in a small room. It was great for the price. The property is set up around a central courtyard and pool. A traditional trio played into the evening with a surprise belly dancer to top it off. Breakfast was wonderful. The surroundings inside and out were fab.A terrific choice!

Estupenda habitación cómoda y amplia, gran baño con champú y gel, parking hay que llegar antes a recepción y que te acompañen,( gran ayuda del chico de recepción con nuestro parking y equipaje)… música alta del restaurante desde el mediodía hasta las 12:00 pm.. con lo cual es un punto negativo para el establecimiento, una buena y limpia piscina ( aunque dada la época del año no es viable su uso )…. Por lo demás una situación maravillosa.

Kaleiçi bir otel ve gece 12 ye kadar her gece otelin restaurantinda taverna tarzı canlı müzik var uyuyamazsiniz . Memnun kaldigimi söyleyemem .

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de l’hôtel, mais surtout de la réception qui s’est montrée très accueillante et très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour Emrah qui a clairement changé notre voyage. Il nous a énormément aidés durant nos activités et a tout fait pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances à Antalya. Un grand merci à lui. J’enlève 1 étoile surtout pour la piscine, car il n’y a pas de quoi se poser (transats, etc.). Nous avons dû mettre nos serviettes sur des chaises du restaurant, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. La piscine est surtout décorative, car on peut se baigner uniquement de 14h à 18h, ce qui est très dommage, car c’est une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi cet hôtel. Autrement, c’est un hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, et le personnel est très sympathique.

The property is lovely and the staff are brilliant, but it's very noisy from a local bar and the hotel's own entertainment too. Apart from the noise i thought it was excellent.

The location beside a night club is really the only downfall. Possibly you could ask for a room not next to the night club. You cannot even watch tv and definitely cannot sleep until 1:00 when the music stops. Maybe that’s not too late for some people. Ear plugs are provided. There is also music in the hotel around the pool until midnight but we didn’t hear that due to our night club music. Aside from the noise everything else was wonderful. The gentleman at check in was most welcoming and helpful. And another person helped us park our car. Beds and bedding was wonderful. Clean bathrooms. 2 water bottles. Wifi was weak. Turkish Breakfast was delicious and beautifully situation around the pool area. Close to harbour, Hadrians gate and much more. Everything is walkable and close.

Our stay at this hotel was okay. The staff were a little lazy, unwelcoming and indifferent towards the guests. They were not very helpful and on occasion that you ask for help, they would respond "I don\'t know" and/or "we don\'t have it". Seemed like they were making excuses just to avoid the guest\'s inquires. On 2 occasions we proved that 2 of the staff had the item we were requesting. Which resulted in the negative feeling towards my partner and I. The breakfast was okay but only if you don\'t ask for anything extra. Even if you ask for a tooth pick they will charge you and arm and a leg for it. They do not provide even the simplest necessity which is water, during breakfast. The pool is not really functional, it is not very clean or user friendly. There is no live music like they advertised. If you are going out then there are many clubs next door. During the night, it becomes very nosy because the hotel is next to the clubs. We had a big spider in our room, it was crawling on the bed then on the wall. We recorded a video and we reported to the hotel staff but they were not phased by this. They simply said "it is normal to find insects and other things in your room, don\'t worry about it".

Hotel's staff including Receptionist and bell boy don't have any service mind..they are not qualified for hotel industry..hotel was well designed as a boutique styled one but neither clean nor tidy..lots of trash bags were laid beside outside tsbles..pool's water were very dirty..looked like not being purified for long days...they shared parking lots with other hotels and shops ..very hard to park a car and take it out as well.

Great 2 night stay at Mediterra Art hotel, the property is in the centre of the old town , and has free parking, although the drive in and out is tight , the Bell boy was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, I have been visiting Tirkey for years but not experienced this before, they bring the small boles of food to your table , lovely. I highly recommend the restaurant at night with Turkish dancing , many locals eat here.

Ist ein swhr sauberes Hotel ! Alle sehr freundlich !! Frühstück fabelhaft auch die Speisen im Haus sind sehr gut . Dass einzige was mir missfallenhat war das Angebot vom Transfer zum Hamman dieser ist sehr überteuert Anstatt 20 euro pr Person wir waren 5 also 100 euro für die fahrt haben wir mit normalen organisierten taxi insgesamt 7 € hin und retour bezahlt !!!!

Super fantastic hotel, cleaning every day, attentive to replenishing shampoo and soap. The hotel's breakfast is really good and very attentive waiters if something is missing. We would like to visit this hotel again the next time we are in Antalya.

Small room smelt of drains. Charged extra for juice with breakfast without being informed that it was not included in the price. Loud music until the early hours.

Otel beklediğimizden de mükemmeldi. Oda temiz ve rahattı. Çalışan arkadaşlar kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Restorandaki Tarık bey’in hizmet anlayışı ve ilgisi inanılmazdı. Bir dahaki Kaleiçi konaklamam da aynı oteli tercih ederim.

The location was extremely good. House keeping 5 star, all staff were very friendly. Hotel was very nice and clean.i really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the only negative would be the noise in the evening, we are in the old town surrounded with bars and restaurant live music. I will stay here again.

Sauberkeit von der Badewanne echt nicht gut da grau schwarze Flecken wie Schimmel . Personal direkt schon unangenehm ich habe über Paypal bezahlt mit meinem Ehemann ein Doppelbett , dann sagte das Personal an der Rezeption es gäbe zwei Einzel Betten als ich etwas unangenehmer wurde gab es plötzlich doch ein doppelbett.

Disappointing stay at Mediterra Art Hotel We stayed at Mediterra Art Hotel from September 12th to 15th. I booked the largest and most expensive room based on the hotel’s descriptions and photos, expecting a special experience for my wife and me, as we rarely see each other due to our work locations. From check-in, the stay was disappointing. The manager insisted on explaining the facilities in Russian, ignoring my requests for English. The room smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking, was not soundproof as advertised, and was old and worn, with mold around the bathtub. Loud music from a nearby nightclub played until 1:00 AM, making sleep impossible. Though the hotel claims to be adults-only, we were woken early by children screaming. When I complained about the room, the staff said the photos online were just for illustration and didn’t reflect the actual rooms. Breakfast was also poor, with limited options like instant coffee and vegetables. The hotel advertises beach facilities, but they don't have one. Instead, they refer you to a private beach where you have to pay, which was overcrowded, with queues and a limited number of people allowed. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Otelin konumu çok güzel, kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve doyurucu. Oda konforu çok iyi değil, yataklar eski, tesisin odalarda yenileme yapması gerekli. Gençler için belki uygun olabilir ama çevre gürültüsü ve müzik sesleri çok rahatsız edici, sabaha kadar ses kesilmiyor, doğru dürüst uyuyamazsınız. Sabahın köründe de çöp arabası ile yataktan hopluyorsunuz. Yani kısacası uyumak mümkün değil bunu düşünerek gelin. Gündüz uyuyup gece gezinecekseniz uygun olabilir. Koridorlar kedi sidiği kokuyor. Kısacası pek tavsiye etmiyoruz.

The picture of the room is different from whats real ,we ordered room with bathtub ,we think we got a wrong room but when we go to reseption they say this is only in picture we don't have this, high live music, bad aircondition so it was very Cold in the room, the only good was the breakfast

The rooms are small, there is no room amenity at all even there is no free water in room , there is no coffee, tea, heater or iron in the room, knowing that it is a 4-star hotel, the restaurant and the gear are attached to the rooms, so you can not sleep well.the singer in Tara’s which is close to room start singing and finish At 12 at night, I could not sleep for 4 consecutive days, no rest at all, the food was generally good

The Hotel was very attractive however there were several shortcomings. The rooms boasted of sound proofing, but the music was audible whist in the rooms. We were told that the music continued at least until midnight possibly later if the bar was busy. Breakfast was not good at all. There were lots of little dishes of dips but nothing substantial. The cheese that was offered has been cut much earlier and had dried out. Various olives (some of which looked dried out) and tapinade, with bread jam and 1 fried eggs. There was NO COFFEE or Tea offered as standard (pay extra), No omlettes unless you paid extra. One of our party had some dietary requirements, (gluten Free and diary free) so some of things were not suitable for them. The attitude of the staff was a couldn't care less approach 'this is what you get - limp it or leave it'

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff are friendly and room comfortable but the noise at night is too insanely loud, we asked to change rooms they said no we asked to turn it down they said no and we asked to moved elsewhere they said no. The bed was shaking there no sound proofing and no escape , we had tours booked at 6am no sleep until 3am we had to pay to change hotels and they refused a refund to the nights we were not there even though we left before checkout and they can sell the room. BE WARNED you will not sleep if you stay also no choice at breakfast and coffee and juice is extra charge ( don't laugh )

THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, YOU HAVE TO CLIMB A LOT OF STAIRS, BATHROOM IS ALMOST IMPOSIBLE TO USE FOR SHOWER. NOTHING IS LIKE THE PHOTOS

The property is located in the beautiful old town of Kaleici which has many ancient artefacts surrounding it. Scenic and picturesque. The downside to the property was the noise coming from the street below. We were in room 522 and you would not think it had windows as we hear all the revellers from 1 am through to 5 am. This hotel certainly would not suit a young family or older couple. I would book again but it would have to be with a room away from the streets.

The property was amazing. Right in heart of historic town. We loved everything about it except the loud music at night. We had a room overlooking pool, which was beautiful but didn’t know about the bar area there every night was loud music in that area until like 1 in the morning

The hotel was OK for a night or two, but we stayed 3. The staff were excellent, but the hotel is dated and the loudness of the neighborhood music can’t be understated. You need to be able to sleep in a nightclub to stay here.

The property itself was very good for the price, except for a leaking AC, but there's a club of some sort next door and they play very loud music till 1 in the morning.

Realmente muy buena atencion en todo, nos fuimos de excursión nos guardaron maleta, nos prepararon un sanwich muy rico y nos dieron toallas, cuando necesitamos taxi estuvieron pendientes de que pongan taxímetro y kos hicieron sentir muy comodos. Muchas gracias

Ek ücret ödedim sözde upgrade ettikleri odadaki koltuk kir içindeydi mobilyalar dökülüyordu. Sabah saatlerinde mutfakta pişen kızartma yağı kokusu odanın içine doldu. Bugüne kadar kaleiçinde birçok farklı otelde kaldım ve açık ara kaldığım en kötü oteldi

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van onze verblijf in dit hotel! Heel centraal gelegen in kale ici, op 300 meter afstand van mooie Mermerli strand, vriendelijke personeel en parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Veel uitgaansgelegenheden nabij hotel. Dit kan geluidsoverlast veroorzaken als je daar niet op zit te wachten. Voor ons was dit absoluut geen minpunt!

Otel konum olarak Kaleiçi’nin merkezinde. Bina da çok güzel çalışanlar da çok iyi. Tek olumsuz tarafı gece 1e kadar etrafta yüksek sesli müzik yapılması. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi.

If you want a truly meditteranean experience, stay here. Thr breakfast, the feeling of the place, the area its in in the old city, the close proximity to the beach and the city centre. I randomly chose here and so glad i did. The only reason we left is due to the performances every evening was a litte too loud, but the performances were also part of the experience and it stops at 12, if you dont mind it, i would say stay, the feeling of being here is wonderful.

My room overlooked the restaurant, which had live music playing every night until midnight, so not the most restful stay. On the plus side they served breakfast until 10.30 and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had!

Nice hotel, but awful experience. Noise is unbelievable. First night out room was 20 feet from a nightclub and 1 foot from main road noise all night was terrible. We moved rooms on day 2. Noise from street outside room and from inside hotel was unbearable. Staff not helpful and wouldn't care less. Poor breakfast - no choice.
