Our family was in town for a wedding, and the stay at this rental made our visit even more special! All the spaces are beautifully decorated and comfortable. We bought wood for the fire pit and enjoyed s’mores around the fire at night. The views of the ocean were spectacular, and we saw dolphins and surfers enjoying the waves. You are able to access the beach just a short walk down the street, but you can only walk on the beach at low tide which was after 5 pm. Thankfully, the Oceanside beaches and pier are a short drive away. Lots of restaurants close by. This is a wonderful place to stay!

This property was perfect in many aspects. The bedrooms were nice size and two rooms with kings was the best. Very clean pretty and user friendly and well equipped for what we needed for kitchen. Enjoyed bonfires in the evening and listening to the waves was very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

The house and location were great. We loved the views and the sounds of the ocean. Hanging around the fire pit playing trivia was a lot of fun. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets. Our miniature poodle had fun watching the many squirrels playing in the sand. Overall it was a great location to spend our 20th wedding anniversary.

My daughter decided that she wanted to bring a couple friends to the beach instead of having a 16th birthday party. The house was exactly as pictured! The view is perfection! The kitchen is well stocked and the host is extremely responsive. The backyard is perfect, and you have your own firepit and sand area. Just be aware that it's private, as in you don't have to share it, but there is no privacy if that's what you're looking for! It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to sit by the fire, and have breakfast on the patio/balcony. The tide was very high while we were there, so there was no beach in front of the house, only rocks. We had to go down near the pier to find a sandy area, but it was a short drive (walkable, but maybe a bit far) with plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great time. My only small complaint is that 10:00 is a very early checkout time. I wish it was a little later! Other than that, we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely oceanfront rental. Loved the fact that there is a backyard sand area. There was no beach in front of the rental at the time we were there. I guess the tide was too high. The waves were big and a blast to watch. We got to see dolphins and lots of surfers from the house. It’s a short drive to a beach (paid parking). We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Once you step into the beautifully decorated home, you are in an exclusive environment. The living room, patio and sandy firepit area all offer a front-row view of the dolphins, pelicans and occasional surfer. There are no beach-goers to distract - instead, there is an uncluttered connection between you and the ocean. We would choose staying in for meals so we could hear the the intoxicating sound of the surf and witness the sun set from the living room or our own slice of private beach around the firepit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean and very welcoming. Decor is exactly as pictured, not just staged and then gutted like many on VRBO. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds are very comfortable and linens are good quality. The location is right on the water. Like all homes steps from the water there is a breakwater, but beach access is only about 100 feet away. At low tide the sandy are is very large. We had a wonderful weekend at this property and would definitely return.

GUYS! This is the place! Don't look anymore for a vacation house in oceanside! You've done found it! This was a slice of heaven. The pictures and description were spot on. It was so peaceful and quiet and CLEAN. I am definitely coming back to this home the next time im in oceanside.

Clean, modern, and kid friendly. This place is great! It does not disappoint. My husband booked a couple of days for my birthday and it was a nice surprise, as soon as you walk in you’ll be amazed with the view. Sunsets/sunrise , surfers, birds and dolphins .

We had a wonderful stay. Wouldn’t highly recommend to all. It exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, beautiful, well appointed, and stocked. The only 4 star was because when I contacted the manager when Unit A was in our our beach area she directed me to address the issue with them or move to their space. I believe she should have contacted them. Chairs not marked. However signage clear in our unit. Manager pleasant and I resolved issue.

I stayed here with my husband, son and mom. The place was so nice with two master suites. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with equipment. The views of the ocean were truly special. We are from Los Angeles and we stayed here for three days when some relatives were visiting from Iowa. AMAZING!! When we stayed it was very, very rainy. But we did not feel like we missed out on the beach and ocean because of the great view that you could take in from the warmth of the living room. This place is well stocked with dishes and cooking utilsils. Checking in and finding the place was ridiculously easy. Loved that there were two master suites for the parents and a room for the kids to share. I hope to revisit again!

Two families of four - with kids aged 5-9 - stayed for 4 nights. The house was great with the two masters and a bedroom/bathroom for the kids. We had everything we needed and the location was a pretty easy walk to small shops/restaurants/Oceanside beach. The waterline does stay pretty high in this area, so no ‘beach’ was available at the path close by to the house, but the kids loved the sand area and all the sand toys that were our backyard. The sandy beach area near the pier was a walk or short drive, depending on your kids ages. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We would stay here again.

I have used VRBO for years and don’t leave many reviews. We had a wonderful stay during Spring Break. Four children and parents. Yes, the beach access is poor but the fire pit made up for that. And watching the sunsets and ocean unobstructed from the comforts of the home made it even better. I normally would not say I’d stay in the same place again. I love exploring different areas but I probably would for this home because of its amenities and value.

The house was very nice. Loved hearing the ocean all day. There is no access to the beach which I didn’t realize until we got there. There is a sea wall and at high tide the beach below disappears. The house is clean and equipped. A washer & dryer would be a nice addition but overall a great choice for a weekend get away

The home was beautiful and decor exactly like the photos.The neighborhood was ok just didn't offer much within walking distance. The ocean squirrels were a bit of a nuisance and affected outside time. Looking out at the ocean everyday was breathtaking.
