At first I was a little skeptical driving from the downtown hotel I was initially staying at to this one, as the area/neighborhood around the hotel looked a little sketchy and not as safe as the downfown area. However, once we arrived for check-in the receptionist was nice and very professional. They do lock the main lobby entrance at 10pm and you would need your key card to gain entry. They do not offer breakfast, but with the amenities of a small kitchenette in the room this is was not an issue for us. The elevators are very small and may require multiple trips to get all of your things to your room. Once we entered our room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, updated, and spacious it was! The walls are very thick (unlike the last hotel room I had) and we did not hear any type of noise from any of the neighboring rooms. I was really happy with how clean everything was from the bedroom pillows, sheets and covers, to the shower, toilet, and even all of the glassware, silverware and plates had no leftover food or water marks on them! For anyone who is out of town and has a love one being treated at any one of the Indianapolis hospitals, I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here! The free parking is a HUGE plus as the downfown hotel parking lots start at $20 a night with certain discounts and go all the way up to $55. The only downside is this hotel does not have any do it yourself laundry, at least that I'm aware. 10/10 would definitely recommend this hotel!
