The only thing I didn't like is that the pool doesn't seem to be too private. I saw multiple families who were not guests, coming in and out. I don't think is appropriate for a hotel of this category

The front desk was terrible. They put me in a lesser room than I booked. 4 times I needed to get new keys - no one ever apologized. This is a big time hotel that caters to weddings and major events. Those amenities are excellent. And needless to say, everything is needlessly expensive including parking.

I had two issues, first the charged a $9 park fee and that was outside of any garage plus it was the suburban and they normally don’t charge for parking! Also, in hotel.com they don’t highlight this in their list!! Finally, they have a European shower with a wand, which I really like, but the pressure or the wand spray is not very strong.
