I don’t like the fact that Laundry was listed in the amenities when it’s not an amenity. I didn’t like the rude attendant at the desk. I didn’t like the nasty coffee (yuck) . Lastly I didn’t like the additional charges for room reservation when I already paid on Expedia…. But the room was convenient and it was clean…I plan to get another this coming weekend but I would never come back here

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a pool — only to find out when I arrived that the pool has been closed since 2020. That’s over four years of misleading customers. No notice on the website, no update on booking platforms, and no heads-up during the reservation process. When I brought it up to the front desk, they just shrugged and said it’s been like that for years. Completely unacceptable. If you’re going to advertise amenities, they should actually exist. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Decent hotel in a nice neighborhood they only complaint is one elevator for a large hotel. Five floors made a long wait at times. Shower head was broken and spraying everywhere with very little water pressure

Internet did not work - BIG PROBLEM. And my room was even on the first floor closest to the lobby! Two networks were there on and off, but weak and spotty, dropping out every 30 seconds. AC did not work, and the room was incredibly hot when I came in - the front HVAC unit was set to heat on full blast (please avoid that). I had to open a window (luckily that was an option, it usually isn't) to make it bearable. The AC units are ancient and must be replaced. There is a game room but it is tiny and was locked at 8 pm. I really want to like this hotel but it needs some attention.

Pretty dirty - carpets, elevators. Harsh flourescent bulbs in lobby and dining area. Bathroom was dingy, rusty, and mouldy around the tub. 2 light fixtures did not work in our room. Wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at the Hampton Inn.

The first hotel room we were put in the air conditioner was broken, but we decided to not complain, and just opened the windows. At 3 AM. I woke to nurse my two month old, and when I looked down on the bed, something was crawling next to his head. It was a bedbug that we did capture and showed the front desk worker. She moved us rooms to the next floor up, said that she did not have any extra bedding so that we could change the bed to fresh linen just in case. Thankfully, that room did not have anything that we could see but obviously at this point our nerves were shaken. In the morning we spoke to the front desk manager who treated us like we were lying, and couldn’t be bothered to even be apologetic or anything. We unfortunately had to stay a second night there as there were no other hotel options. We asked that we not be charged for the first night as we were up at 3 AM moving not only two kids and a baby, but also my sister who’s in a wheelchair, and she said she absolutely could not do that. The room number was 415. We had to drive home eight hours and start the process of cleaning all of our belongings to ensure that we did not bring bedbugs home to our house which was an exhausting process. We would never booked a room there again and would advise anyone else to not as well.

I checked in at 12 o’clock at night because my flight was late so I went to the room I was checking the bathroom and the bedroom and the bathroom wall had roaches and the bedroom so I called the front desk and asked them if I could check out because the roaches about to charge for the room after they said they’re not gonna charge for the room because I spent 10 minutes in it then I Had to call the manager because they charged me for the room and she believe is like a favor to me that she will refund me the money and the place has invested with roaches

Our first room was on the 5th floor and was nit in good shape. Several cracks in the bathtub and dirty carpets. Our air wasn't working enough to keep the room cool so maintenance came to check it out and said it was fine. It had been running none stop on coldest temp but still hot in the room. We asked for a different room and they gave us one without hesitation. We asked for a different floor becuase the 5th floor hallway smelled bad. The 3rd floor room was more spacious, bathtub in fair condition, and hallway didn't smell bad. Although outdated, it is a good location.

Very clean property with an accommodating staff. I needed silverware after not receiving any with my dinner and the front desk was able to provide me with a full set of silverware. The room was very clean and the bathroom was stocked with towels and toilet paper.

Location was good. Room was a good size. Housekeeping is not good. First set of towels were skimpy and dingy. No one emptied garbage, changed towels, or provided toilet paper, coffee, cups for 4 nights and it was done only at my request.

Decent hotel, only complaint was that they didn’t clean the chair or headboard. Lots of crumbs under the cushion, hair and staining. The headboard had handprints and grime that looked to be hair product. My friend had a room down the hall and her headboard was just as bad. We cleaned them ourselves before we felt comfortable sleeping in the beds.

The hotel is in a fantastic area! The lobby was nice. For the money spent for two nights (almost $500), I feel the room was disappointing. The room, needs updating …heater/ air unit old, carpet old, television too little (32 inches), pillows too small, toilet sounded like it was running all night, curtains need sheer curtains along with the heavy curtains and the elevators were very slow.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable, clean, and content. I was pleased they had the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner although the conditioner needed a refill. We were able to be budget conscious because there was a cooktop, sink, mini fridge and microwave in our room. Also the free breakfast was great and had something for everyone. There were no disturbances either so the staff was doing a great job ensuring guests were cordial. We couldn’t beat the value and would gladly stay again.

The hostess was very nice and helpful. She was friendly and pleasant. The room was nice. Pretty clean, bathroom was clean as well. The only con I would say is the ac unit. It made strange noises at night and had a strange odor to it. The refrigerator didn’t work either. Was able to keep drinks cool by using the freezer though. I would stay here again and the experience was good.

Paid for my room on affirm when u get there I stood there for 15 mins waiting on some one to show up, the front end look run down, then charged a extra deposit for the room that I didn’t have on my card! I was on the road and needed a quick nap, so ended just having to leave , and still stuck paying for the room on affirm!

Couple of my wife jewelry accessories were stolen while we were out. We complained to the front desk when we checked out and we were told that they would investigate and get back to us. That was 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting on their call back. Not a safe hotel to stay at. By the way, the breakfast was horrible.

I called for towels while getting ready to jump in the shower I had to get re-dressed because there wasn’t enough staff to bring up the towels, I was asked to come pick up my towels or wait until 10 pm when there was relief .

The front desk staff was incredibly professional and polite. They really do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. The staff member named Francis was particularly helpful. Also Stephanie in the business department was great too.

Older property but reasonably maintained. Only 3 floors but elevators take forever and markings as to where the stairs are. Ice machine out of order so getting ice on 2nd floor took about 20minutes. Continental breakfast was average, coffee was absolutely terrible - maybe they could clean the coffeemakers at the breakfast
