Ok place to crash. Not overly appealing to the eye. No closets or drawers. Our toilet was completely ungrouted so I don’t think the room should have been given at all. It worked fine but rattled and shifted. We had already unpacked so didn’t want to move. Breakfast was actually decent but not many tables. The setting was pretty on the creek.

The overall esthetic of the property is terrible, the floors are all chipped and there is black mold under all the A/C units outside and the rooms smell like mildew. The staff were all very rude except 1 girl. The keys were continuously not working so you would get to your Tommy then have to go back to the office to get somebody to help you then wait for them to come up try their key then go back and get you a new key. The rooms were not maintained well all the light fixtures by the beds were falling off the walls The bathroom in my sisters room was overflowing We had several rooms this weekend and we were all very unhappy with the service and overall stay. I will never stay here again.

Pricing became the issue… was charged 100 for one night for my 2 dogs when it said service dogs don’t get charged for one of my pups. Because I made the mistake of trusting Hotel.com and Creekside inn. A one night stay ended up costing 236$ for a mediocre cheap motel. Very disappointed .

The actual grounds of the property were nice with nice views however the room we stayed in the door to open and close was very hard and had a gap so you could see outside. Generally a few things wouldn't bother me however the door frame definitely needs some work and the drain in the shower needs to be looked at. The staff were very nice and breakfast was standard with waffles, muffins, fruit, grits and scrambled eggs.
