Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

Close to Globe Life Center. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice pool and overall quiet hotel. They have a small bistro type coffee shop. We took a shuttle from the hotel over to Globe Life field which was nice. It wasn’t operated by the hotel, but a reasonably affordable price and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool was really nice and layout of the property gave it a very homely feeling

We were so glad to see the renovations that have been done since our visit last year. It was getting very dated & not well kept. Now everything is fresh & clean. The only thing that was not clean & repaired was the pool area. The tables & chairs were very dirty & 1 of the umbrellas was broken. And the pool rules were so faded that you couldn’t read them. We enjoyed our trip to Arlington to watch the Rangers win against Tampa Bay yesterday!

All the employees are super helpful and understanding. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to them. The pool was great and the fact that are towels poolside and we didn’t have to use the ones from our room was fantastic. We felt safe in our room at all hours of the day and night. Parking was amazing and so easy and the hotel is close by to so many restaurants. I will definitely stay here in the future

I had a really good time, the pool was awesome! It was cold outside but the water was really warm indoor and out. There was plenty of towels and it was really clean. The room was comfortable and parking was good.

Overall the hotel was great. The one drawback is the bistro is only open until 10am for breakfast and then opens again at 5pm for cocktails only. It really shouldn’t be listed in Hotels. com as having a restaurant. With that said there is a little market next to the check in desk that has quite a variety of snacks and beverages. We would consider staying there again if we’re in the area.

The location is amazing, love the indoor/outdoor pool, but didn't like the way they nickle and dime you by charging for parking, breakfast, shuttles to nearby attractions, etc.

Close to sporting venues and several restaurants. Tram service to/from hotel to venue. Only negative is one elevator at back of hotel.

Charging for parking was a little much. Should not have to pay

Very nice and clean. Only complaints I had was paying for parking in a normal hotel parking lot and the elevator wasnt up front but way in the back of the hotel.

The staff was great! The property was under construction. The room has a musty old smell that cling to the air. We lost an item and began to move stuff to find it and all the not immediately seen parts of the room were filthy. The morning we left the a/c started to run hot so glad we got out of there. The only upside was the staff and that it was five minutes from Globe Life. They did not let us know it was under construction until the day after cancellation was possible. I would have cancelled if I knew. I would have cancelled if I knew about the smell. Not worth the $188 I paid. If this was a $79 hotel I’d understand, but when you pay for the Marriott names you expect a certain level of cleanliness.

It was nice. The staff were friendly and hospitality was great. The bathroom was dirty and the towels didn't smell clean. Otherwise we liked it. Close to the arena.

I found several hairs in the room, including the bathtub and sink. There was a wad of gum on the blow dryer. There were clothes that did not belong to us on our porch.

Unfortunately, we had bed bugs and had to be assigned another room. My legs were full of bites when we woke up.

We arrived to our room after an astros game. The room never really cooled off and we were itching all night on an uncomfortable mattress. Woke up in the morning and saw the attached photos of the stains and we were disgusted. We went to speak to the front desk when leaving, while showing pictures and explained the room. I was told a manager would contact me after taking the information but we were never contacted. My wife has a few bites on her chest and abdomen and I am just waiting to be contacted by the hotel management

we were welcomed to the room by two large cockroaches when we turned the lights on ! stains in the carpet , rust in the shower stall ,one remote for two tvs just an overall below average experience and something that’s definitely not expected when staying at a Marriott !!!

First is the website states free breakfast, not true! Secondly, I killed a big roach in front of the tv on the dresser. The water pressure was absolutely terrible(I have a video). The hallways had the same leaves in them all 3 days we were there. They charged me $10.00 a day to park. That was a surprise at check out. The list goes on but Im sure you get the idea. Ill never stay here again.

The rooms need to be upgraded starting with the beds. It’s like laying on a board. Everyone’s back we’re killing them by the second morning. You charge to park, 10.00 a night- why? We are already paying a large price just to stay there. This should be free.. you should want people to want to come back and stay there. This is only a couple of things..

I booked this hotel for the weekend of the Bar Exam in order to rest between days, and I did nothing close to resting. I checked in at 7 after my first day of the exam. First thing: they have one elevator located on the opposite side of the hotel where you check in, fair warning it’s a trek. I got my room and turned the water on. The entire showerhead busts off the wall hitting me & sending a deluge of water all over my clothes and the bathroom. After explaining what happened to Christopher at the desk I got a “well.. our engineer is gone for the day…” nothing else. So after requesting another room myself that I could possibly bathe in after taking an 8 hour test, he tells me to just come back. Trekked back to the front desk with 4 bags in tow, had to literally flag down chris who didn’t notice me standing there even though we JUST SPOKE on the phone. Finally comes up to me and proceeds to put his finger in my face saying “one second” to answer the phone. Then asks how he can help me as if I’m not covered in water and we just had this conversation. I’m sweating buckets and also at this point, so I asked if possible to get a room closer bc it’s late and I’m tired. Nope. Got put FARTHER away this time RIGHT next to the elevator and ice machine. The door didn’t close correctly so not only was the AC useless in 110 weather, but the hallway was noisy with traffic all night. Still got charged the same rate too so fun! Thanks Chris!

Third time staying at this location, 15 minute walk to AT&T Stadium. Nice to see the upgrades to the property and rooms. Staff is very friendly and professional. I had booked a room for my son and I with only a King size bed available at the time. Upon checking in I inquired if there were any rooms available with two beds and stayed in a room with Two Queens.Thanks for making our stay more comfortable!We would not hesitate to book reservations in the future.

Great service at arrival as we were a little early and had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. We stayed in one of the recently updated king rooms. It was was very fresh and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Only draw back is bad acoustics in that area and heard every door slam one evening. Otherwise great stay and value.

The Bed was terrible, impossible to lay on it without rolling to the middle. we did inform the staff and they did try to put us in another room but the only room available was an ada room which was not satisfactory to us. Food and drink and incidentals outrageous prices! 10$ for a yogurt and fruitcup?

Small room, Had no microwave, remote control for TV didn’t work (even after getting a different one) had to pay for breakfast.. I just thought for almost $200 a night it would have had more things .. pool was small but nice.

Overall, convenient and economic option for events at Globe Life and AT&T Stadium. It is an older property that could use some upgrades to meet what people are probably expecting from a Marriott affiliate.There were times where room - room noise level was disruptive (e.g., slamming doors at 4 am, could hear the person in the next room having a coughing fit in the middle of the night). However, staff were friendly and billing processes simple and straightforward.

Room was a little outdated and small

Great experience. Christopher Lamb (who I assume is the Manager) was amazing. When he checked us in he asked if we were staying for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my wife's birthday. Without me asking he upgraded us to a brand new King Suite! Then when we got back to the room from dinner he had sent a bottle of champagne and balloons with a nice note to our room. Simply amazing service!

Clean room, Extremely comfy Beds, and the Front desk clerk was beyond exceptional!!! The very pretty African American lady that worked the front desk deserves a raise for her positive attitude and empathy and consideration she showed while checking me in! Her encouragement and sincerity she showed was needed. Only Con I had was the carpet in the hallway going down the hallway to the room, it's difficult to wheel in a wheelchair. But other than that amazing hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was breeze. Room was clean and spacious. Area was convenient to eateries, stadium and ball park and other entertainment. Enjoyed our stay. And will stay again in future.

This is one of the better stays I’ve ever had. The front desk was prompt and professional. The property was clean and well kept. The parking was plentiful. The 3rd party shuttle service that they offer for ATT and GlobeLife are INCREDIBLE. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was great. Balcony was a surprise but welcome. A+++. Loved it.

Busy weekend but please staff appropriately. Couldn't check in to our room until after football game so couldn’t get ready before game. No discount, amenities or even apology or explanation offered other than we are running behind. Bad business.

Check in was supposed to be 4:00 but didn’t happen until 4:30. There must of been at least 25 families sitting around in the lobby area waiting for their rooms to become available

Great location for the entertainment district of Arlington. The staff was very friendly, and when they discovered that it was my wife's birthday they went above & beyond to make her (us) feel welcome and our stay incredible. Our 1st floor room was nice, clean & had plenty of space. It opened up to the courtyard, with easy access to the pool, which because of the unseasonably warm temps for late February, was open. Lots of great restaurants close by to choose from, and you should never want for something to do. This is our preferred place to stay when visiting the Arlington area.

We did Mobil check in the morning of our arrival with check in time at 3pm When we arrived we were told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours before a room was ready, We had planned to check in at 3 and get ready (after driving for 3.5/4 hours) to go to the Cowboys game. I had to change in the lobby bathroom stall and my husband & son switched their shirts and such in the lobby. We didn't get to check in until after the game. Very frustrating. I feel like the hotel should have planned better, been better prepared for game day.

Hotel was barely occupied; however the front desk stuck me right next to the stairway with a door that slammed shut every two minutes. I expressed frustration and the general manger disregarded my complaint and said he hasn’t heard that before. The staff was lazy and not helpful, including management

Great place to stay for convenience of accessing ballgames!

The location is everything if you’re in town for an event at AT&T stadium. Easy walk in under 15 minutes. Our room was newly renovated and was comfortable and clean. Very quiet even with renovations going on. Everyone member of the hotel staff was friendly and greeted us. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile from Alicia. She was so friendly and made me laugh after being on the road for almost 10 hours. Above and beyond was what I got from her in the way of her being helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit in the future.

The person at the restaurant was rude and made us feel like ojr drink and food order was a burden for him. Restaurant was prerty empty when we went.

Everything was excellent with the exception of our Star Bucks Experience as t was non existent. All they had was coffee and we were hoping for breakfast. Why have a Starbcks? Our rooms had coffee.

A very quiet hotel, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It’s in a great location, about a 15 minute walk to the stadium. Breakfast was overpriced

Decent and average hotel. Nothing special but if on a budget or on work travel it fits well. Staff is friendly and a small bar for the evening.

Great location. Convenient. There were a couple of issues with the room itself; some outlets didn’t work and one of the lights by the bed didn’t work. Also, not enough coffee packages. There is no room service.

Older hotel but close to rangers ball park. I couldn’t believe they didn’t have free black coffee in the lobby? There was only $5 coffee that was like warm and I had to wait in a long line to get that!

Loved it! Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff and nice people. Would stay again.
