Stayed 1 night

It took a while to check in. One card reader was down so they couldn’t use their credit card system. Then when we went to the other guest service agent and I had to put in my credit card number manually since it wasn’t also working on their end. So that was sad start to our stay and it gets better . . . The parking was terrible to find a spot that didn’t say “reserved.” We had to park all the way at the top level. Then they have one tiny elevator that takes a long time and we had 3 ppl in front of us, so we had to use two flights of stairs to walk to another set of elevators to get to our room. The room was decent. The bed was comfy. A few guests were loud after midnight yelling and laughing in the hallway off and on for a hour. Not something the hotel staff has control of. My husband and I check out the next morning and we couldn’t get out of the parking deck. We called the front desk staff from where it says to “call for assistance” at the parking box, nobody was answering. My husband had to get out of the car to walk to the building over and to get someone at the front desk in the hotel. The front desk tells my husband to call for assistance and my husband tells them we did and we called twice and no one was answering. And they noticed that the phone was left off the hook which is why no one answered our call from the parking garage. It was such a nightmare. Thankfully our stay was short. But still not the best experience by any means. They can do better.

I would stay here again if I had to. It wasn’t bad but not the greatest.
