Loved the colors and layout of lobby furniture. The room was clean, quiet, and had refillable soap/cond/shamp/lotion. Has mini fridge. The day clerk was absolutely amazing! He made you feel welcomed! Cons-Not impressed with night clerk, “store”options were minimal, breakfast bar was coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and yogurt and pool was not clean. Pros- Pool was warm, offer free washer and dryer, nice rooms, beds and pillows, close to stores

The peopl,e where very nice and the facility was very clean. The elavators where very cold and the brealfast was not for a dietetic. Cereal, milk, muffins, bagels, jucie, farm feesh yogert with real cane sugar. Not a good breakfast.

The staff staff is friendly and check in was easy. It was great to see that the doors on the property are secured by room keys during the evening. The bathroom needed a little TLC, but the toiletry amenities were nice. The security handle on the door was broken so there needs to be some updates for safety to the room

I wish i knew her name, but the lady that works the front desk at night was so sweet and helpful. If I could find out her name, i would let her supervisor know how wonderful she is. The hotel was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. I really liked that you have to use your key card to enter or staff has to let you in.

If you arrive late, they lock the font doors, there is an a button off to the side to buzz for staff. I was tired and didn’t notice it, so I called the phone number and got directions from the staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was very big but it was very dirty the sheets were nasty, the sink had toothpaste in it and the shower had hair all over it. The floors were dirty with crumbs the room overall was just nasty.

The front desk staff were truly kind but management is a different story. After reporting a non working microwave and termites in my room, I was still not refunded by the hotel stating they had a different room available when termites is a building wide problem!!!! Crawling from the AC vents, they were in the beds, bathroom and counter tops (basically throughout the room).The top complaint is that they APPEAR TO HAVE BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST and do not. Very misleading photos. I tried uploading videos of the termites but can only upload photos.

The hotel lobby presents well, but the front desk staff was inconsistent. There was basically zero concern when our trailer was broken into in the parking lot on our second night. Our room was never cleaned and the towels were only replaced one time. There was something that looked like jelly outside the elevator on the floor for about 24 hours, and something that looked like baby vomit outside the door to the gym for about 24 hours. The pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. The area looks pretty but the surrounding hotels were shady and there were a lot of people hanging around outside at all hours.

The property and room were very clean. Parking was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative for me was the breakfast which consisted of on Bagels, fruit (apples and bananas, bananas ran out on second day) cereal and instant oatmeal. The orange juice out of the machine was the most watered down that I have ever had. It was a good stay, but just wished the breakfast was better. If you don't care about the breakfast, it was excellent.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and will continue to do so in the future. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. The staff is professional and efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only thing we didn’t like is that with the change in ownership to a Spark hotel, they no longer have a microwave or coffee pot in your room. It’s something we expect in a nice hotel so it’s disappointing that you have to go to the lobby to access these items. I hope they reverse this policy for a better guest experience.

Stay was good - had a nice room. The refrigerator made a lot of noise when it was cycling. Biggest issue was the room attendant waking us up at 8 am - she said she thought the room was empty it - we had a do not disturb tag hanging on the door…? Not sure why she thought we weren’t in there. Breakfast on Sunday was just bagels, cereal and yogurt.

Staff was condescending, didn’t even look up from their phones when people walked in. Bathroom sink had no hot water unless it was running for. 4-5 minutes. Very disappointing for a Hilton

Maria and the other front lady were very accommodating and friendly. I even got a text from Maria checking in on me. I needed another night added on and they helped to make sure that happened and that I was able to stay in the same room. Super clean rooms and the bed was really hard to get out of in the morning because it was so comfortable! Highly recommend!

On my last night the room adjacent to me had what sounded like 30 people in it ranging in ages from toddler to adult. They were extremely loud from 4PM til well after midnight. I called down to the front desk multiple times with no answer and even sent multiple messages on the Hilton app with no response. The lack of response was very disappointing.

Well, check in was quick and easy. Hotel is a good condition, easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc. My only complaint my TV didn’t work, I called front desk and told the lady at front desk tv wasn’t working and she said they were booked and had no other room to move us. I was expecting her to send a maintenance guy to come check out instead she said good night and they will come over next morning. I was hoping to watch a college football game but couldn’t done so cause our tv was broke…

I arrived late and front door was locked. there was nobody in the lobby at all for about 5 to 10 minutes while I waited outside then I had to explain twice that I was there to check in late and that I didn’t already have a key to come in the door.

Everything was very nice as far as the facility itself, including our room and staff. Our only disappointment was that they advertised free breakfast, yet didn't offer any hot items. The hotel was awesome. Very nice. Well kept, the only thing is the breakfast was very bare. This was my first time at a Spark, I usually do Tru or the regular Hiltons but the breakfast was muffins, bagels, Oatmeal and cereal. I wish there was a more assorted breakfast but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and my room was nice.
