Room dirty and rug seems like it wasn't vacuumed. Outdated furniture all worn out. Lighting poor and broken shades on lamp. TV was small and set on furniture to low to watch from bed. Mini fridge on floor with microwave on top. No available outlets by beds. TV,microwave, refrigerator, cable box all plugged in on outlet expander in same outlet. Very dangerous. The only outlet available for phone charging was gfi by handsink. Toilet and shower room newly spackled. Not painted with shower bar already pulling out of the wall. Lobby was poorly lit outside. Wasn't even sure it was the lobby. Outside was large groups of people smoking cigarettes and pot. They seemed to live there. Definitely a section 8 hotel. The free breakfast in the lobby was all being taken by the live in residents. One woman came up with a baby in a stroller took about a muffins and threw them in bottom of the stroller.

Beware! Budget hotel does not mean filthy. I wasn’t expecting luxury from a Super 8. I was expecting basic cleanliness and maintenance, and this property did not provide it. Our room had short curly hairs stuck to the bathroom walls, grime and staining around the sink and mirror, dark buildup around the edges of the bathroom floor, a badly stained/damaged floor under the sink, and a damaged door. There was also liquid running across the floor in the laundry/common area. I took photographs because the conditions were so striking. These aren’t complaints about décor or an older building—they are basic housekeeping and maintenance issues. It was repulsive. A lower room rate should mean fewer amenities, not a lower standard of cleanliness. I would never stay here again.

Yrs ago it looked like the pictures. It's very dingy needing a facelift. Traveling overnight just to attend a concert: booked & paid in full before our stay. W/taxes,fees+booking protection $228.20. Called the day before to see if we could check-in 1 hour earlier. Was told it would be a extra $50 charge, we passed. When we arrived, we were told they needed $100 security deposit. We were traveling carrying strictly cash for food, gas & merchandise at the show. So we had to fork over another $100, which was returned to us upon check out. The most I ever put down was $50, I was surprised, & it said that nowhere on hotels.com. Went to go to our room, there was a guy outside sitting on a bench smoking crack. I believe some rooms may have been designated for emergency housing through Social Services due to the atmosphere. We went to our room & keys didn't work. The manager & the lady at the desk were very accommodating & gave us new keys. They brought them up to our room after letting us in with a master key. At that time we also discovered the TV was not working, the manager fixed that right away. We changed our clothes & headed out to meet friends. In the morning we discovered the bathroom only had 2 hand towels, a bathmat & toilet paper spool missing. At that point we packed up & headed out. Once again the lady at the desk was very apologetic & very hospitable. The OWNER should know he has GOOD PEOPLE working for him under difficult circumstances. Not worth the money we paid.

Fire alarm goes off three times that week. Very run down. Charge a $100 fee/deposit that they "will refund" if no room damage. This was not mentioned ahead of time
