The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our room and they gave us a new one immediately. The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing after nine hours of driving. The location was great—right next to a fantastic brewery with great food. We would definitely stay there again.

I was looking forward to using the fitness center. Unfortunately, it was temporarily closed due to equipment repairs. The pool was also closed. I am a disabled Veteran and need regular exercise to maintain overall wellness and positive emotional health. The front desk staff were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. They were apologetic about fitness center availability and condition. I recommend temporarily moving exercise equipment to pool deck area or unoccupied room; posting a website update regarding non-availability of fitness center for customers seeking a hotel with exercise facilities.

It’s tucked back in a quiet little area. Everything was clean. The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold so that was disappointing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The floors were things you could hear everything from the floor above.

The hot tub was down for 2 out of the 3 days we were here- when we asked the staff member in the evening if 7/18 she was rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my questions or concerns and continued looking at and eating her pizza as she sat in the dining room. I had to ask for towels/wash rags/trash bags, etc every day because nobody came in and cleaned our room a single day we were there. They said “when our hot tub is down you can go to genesis for free”. Well that’s a huge inconvenience to have to drive just to do that, when we paid quite a bit of money to even stay here plus we had horrible service and some unprofessional staff- plus it was 8 am on 7/18 and we mentioned there wasn’t any more coffee and nobody ever made anymore.

The smell of the chlorine in the rooms and hall around the pool area was overwhelming even with two huge fans growing nonstop in the hallways otherwise the overall stay was very nice

I had two rooms. Bed bugs were found in the first room after the first night. An actual bed bug (in a cup) and these pictures were taken to the night clerk. They said they attempted to contact the manager but there was nothing they could do. We moved together into a single room where we couldn’t detect any bed bugs. I expect a refund for one of the rooms.

There is an overwhelming smell of musty mold as soon as you walked in. There was a foul odor in our room too. We were in town for my Mother’s cancer treatment and surgery. I know the lady checking us in was trying to be friendly but she kept probing and asking my Mom all kinds of personal questions about her cancer and surgery. My Mom was obviously uncomfortable talking to her about it and she just kept going on and on. The room got the job done and it was 6 min away from the Surgery Center. I would definitely consider a 12 min drive rather than stay there again.

Beautiful property but the little details weren’t there. The trash outside the main doors was piled about 3 feet on top of the container. When my husband let front desk know, she said someone had told her and it was still there several hours later when we returned. Toilet in our room was loose and there was an area of mold on the bathroom ceiling

Under bed was dirty, dusty and small pieces of trash. Toilet was loose, not attached very well, with caulking exposed on both sides allowing the toilet to shift 2 inches left and right. Bath drain was not working properly and could not be operated. I’m a DIY home repair person and couldn’t fix it to allow proper drainage. Bathroom sink pull out drawer handle was loose with screws falling out.

Although I didn’t ask for it, would not have accepted, was not told and discover until I got the the room, I was in a room that had a connecting door the another room. The connecting room must have been empty my first night, but the second day someone checked in mid-afternoon and cranked up the volume on the tv, and also loud talked phone calls that I could not help but hear every word of both sides of the conversation. I was trying to rest and this not only made it impossible. it also irritated the heck out of me. When I left the hotel for dinner, I hoped it would be better, but instead it was even louder. I tried to ignore it, I put in earplugs, but it was impossible to sleep and by 11:00 I was pretty angry. I consider this poor soundproofing a defect in the facility, and also don’t appreciate being placed in a connecting room without being first advised.

Breakfast was great - little omelets, bacon, boiled eggs, toast, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. I’d do a better job with the potatoes … but they were OK.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast each morning! Horrible mattresses. We were able to change rooms & had a little bit better mattress, but we have been in Hampton's all over the Country. They are our must stay. Very disappointed in the horrible mattresses and pillows. Not compatible with a good night's sleep. Otherwise, we will continue to stay at Hampton properties.

1h to check in is ridiculous. I was finishing a 13h drive. We arrived with 2 kids at 11:30pm and didn’t get into our room until 1:30am. Hilton is not a customer centric company

With my 1st stay here on 5/20/2024: I selected the "pay at the property" option with Expedia. Upon check-in I was told that I could not pay at the hotel, that I would need to take that up with the 3rd party vendor that I made my reservations with. Staff refused to take an alternate payment. With my 2nd stay 5/24/2024: I gave staff member my name and said I had a reservation. She said she did not have a reservation for me. She asked me to spell my last name, then continued to say, "Oh, I see you checked in online". I told her that I did not check in online. She then told me that another employee had checked me in. I asked why they would do that. She said she didn\'t know. I then asked if she could take payment now, in which she said "yes". Staff needs some serious training in regards to check in process. However, the rest of the stay was excellent! Clean and comfortable hotel. 2

we have stayed several times at this same location in the past year. We like the location to things we are doing when we are in town and overall have always had a good stay. Only disappoint this time, was I mentioned i was a hiltons reward member and usually we have gotten a free bottle of water or snack this time they would not acknowledge the membership despite several stays and advertising on the front desk the different options for members. We travel frequently and we always do appreciate those gestures from places we stay and normally Hampton Inn has always acknowledged this.

The front desk/manager was amazing. So kind and helpful. One staff member who really stood out was the older gentleman who ran the breakfast area. He had everything stocked at all times. My son was throwing a fit about not having chocolate milk. This man went and made him a glass with chocolate syrup from the waffle station. He was so kind and just amazing. The pool area was clean and so much fun. Overall we had an amazing stay!

This Hampton Inn is older and getting worn. Mold around tub in Room 118. Coffee maker unusable as the little tray to hold the coffee was missing. Night man on front desk just shrugged and said “All I can do is report it.” Breakfast was out of omelets, not replaced until I waited, and then asked again. Just not up to normal Hampton Inn standards.
