It does have a pool and spa. However there were some rednecks (white trash) staying near the pool on one occasion, and a woman threatened me out of nowhere when I was near the hot tub and a guest. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The keycards are touchy.

When I booked my room it showed they had a pool and hot tub upon arrival I learned they were closed due to maintenance. When going to our room the hallways have a strong odor of weed and we could eventually smell it in our room. The room was clean, staff was friendly but the weed smell was very overwhelming. When I went down for coffee in the morning it wasn’t fresh but I did ask the staff to make fresh and they did so right away.

Booked hotel knowing it had a pool and hot tub. Was looking forward to it after a long drive. Got there and both were down for maintenance. Also didn't have bath towels on my room and didn't realize it till i was stading there after my shower all wet and had to dry offf with a hand towel.

We chose this hotel because it advertised a hot tub. When we went to use the hot tub it was not functional. The front desk staff pointed out the sign on the front desk advising it was down for repairs, which was turned around backwards and not visible to guests.

Very outdated hotel and needs major repair in many areas. As in walls, general maintenance, door frames etc. We had graffiti behind our bathroom door. Hot tub was not working at all, and they had a permanent sign at the check in desk that states the hot tub is not working. Makes a person wonder when did it work if ever?. The pool was old and not kept up. Very disappointed.

Room door didn't close securely without deadbolt locks. I noticed several doors on our floor were the same. Could hear noise from hall, the room beside us and the room above. Carpet had not been vacuumed for a while. Wife said bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we used it. Hot tub and pool were out of service but it didn't look like they adjusted the rates to reflect.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room that we first got was infested with cockroaches and other little small black bugs everywhere. We went to the front desk to tell them and the front desk lady told us that the manager wouldn’t be in til Monday (it was Thursday night) and no one from Wyndham would be available by phone until the following morning so there was nothing she could do. We left the place for a little bit because I couldn’t stand to be somewhere so gross and there was a different staff member when we got back so we asked again and this person said the best they could do was move us to the only other available room which was right next door. That room was not as badly infested but still had cockroaches crawling on the walls. We asked for a discount or something when the manager came back on Monday but they said they couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia not through them. Overall DO NOT recommend, terrible staff, nasty rooms, gross smells in the whole building, and the parking lot is always filled with sketchy people.

Walker into the room and instantly smelled of mold!! The bathroom had brown crap splattered on the walls. We actually checked out within hours of getting there because it was so gross!!!

My room was disgustingly dirty. There were sticky handprints all over the windows, mirrors, furniture. I went to Walmart and bought my own cleaning supplies and sanitized the room and bathroom. I don't think the refrigerator, microwave or sink had been cleaned in awhile. It smelled of dog urine and was very musty. With some odoban and essential oils, it became tolerable. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The outside door did not lock. And people were sleeping in their running cars in the parking lot. Beer bottles outside the lobby entrance.Its times like these when you wish you didn't already pay for the room and realise the need for self-assertive classes. Definitely not worth the "discounted" expedia price that was still over $100 a night.

the first room they offered as a nonsmoking room stank of cigarettes. The second room had heavy smell of dog pee. In the elevator, there was an even stronger smell of dog pee. I did not stay at this property and found a different hotel

When I booked my room I booked a suite with a wooden floor and a queen size bed I get into the room and there's this outdated carpet and a double bed that was very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. I was so tired I should have just packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Room was a lot smaller than what I thought I booked. Pictures showed love seat/bed. But would work if it was the last resort. Also looked like someone smeared mud by the curtain on the wall.. Along with the curtain railing system falling out of the wall.. Otherwise clean and friendly staff.

Average. Pros: bed was comfortable; shower water pressure was adequate; And TV was nowhere. Cons: Room was very small; Staff at night was in attentive and on personal calls while assisting customers; Room was not cleaned during my multi night stay and Requested towels were never provided. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. Room rate was low, but for just $10-$15 a night a better option is available. I would not stay here again.

The hot tub was not working properly. Much of the furniture and fixtures were worn and needed to be updated. The walls were thin so you could hear people out in the hallway when we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was okay but the area they serve breakfast was small and when were there a big family was in there and only one waffle maker so we weren't able to use it due to the large family using it. Price was $106. a night so I can't expect it to be perfect.

Property was not as the pictures or reviews portrayed. Pretty sure the reviews were made up. Property is getting run down. I believe there are people living here. Several people hanging out in the parking lot giving an unsafe vibe to the hotel. Several drunk or high individuals walking around. Went to bed fully expecting our vehicle to be broken into overnight. Our room was clean, but the lights beside the bed weren’t working as there weren’t lightbulbs in them. Our tv did not work. It said no signal. Front desk said they would come up and check it out, however they never came up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely not stay here again.

This Microtel is in a more industrial side of Lincoln but a quick ride to Lincoln North Star High School to grab the bus to Memorial Stadium. Our room was basic. It had a weird smell but you acclimated to it quickly. The coffee was B-A-D. There was no real "half & half" either in the room or the breakfast area. The breakfast was B-A-S-I-C. I had a bowl of cheerios. They had fresh bananas which was a plus. There was a waffle maker. The lighting was harsh. The roku was OK but hard to find channels you might want to watch. I felt safe which is good.

Had an inoperable freezer within the refrigerator in my room. Made a complaint to staff, they stated it was fixed. Although it was fixed, the door to the refrigerator was left open which allowed the rest of my food to spoil. Attempted to speak with the manager who claimed his workers did not leave it open. I told him to check cameras as I was gone the whole day from 6:45am until I went to the front desk to complain about the spoiled items and lack of care. Manager continued to try and place blame on me. I rescinded my reservation for the following due to the lack of regard for guests, the location being less than desirable, and the other clientele at the location. I will not stay at this location again, nor would I recommend to future guests.

There was no coffee maker in the room. Pool works only 3 to 10. So if you come late there is no way you will get to use a pool. Breakfast was bad. Coffee was not even in the dining room. It was by the reception. Taste of old sigarets from 1945. Super noisy. The only one thing was ok is waffles. They were good. Toilet leaks. Pillows not comfortable. I give 3 stars.
