Great stay the entry way in room carpet smelled like dog non pet room supposed to be? The pool was ok a little cold for an indoor pool. To get to the pool was terrible and far couldn't even find it at first. Tge staff was great restaurant for breakfast almost couldn't accommodate 4 without reservations. We pre paid for that. No controls with the ac in the room .

We booked a night for our daughter’s birthday. We booked with the breakfast included. Although read the reservation for breakfast it only includes 2 breakfast. Either way the restaurant was good my kiddos enjoyed it. The hotel is a great location and has the sky bridge to get you around Bellevue square. Shopping, dining and entertainment at your finger tips. Beds are comfortable and the pool and gym are really nice.

Overall the area and stay was great, I would give 5 stars if the Parking was little more clear. The guest stay suites are well maintained, but some interiors are on the worn out side. The washroom structure could be better, we had to reach out quite a bit to get toilet paper when sitting on the toilet. The bed sheet was not 100% clean, could see some dirts and marking at corner area, along with some hair left over on the pillow. I would still recommend to my family and friends, but less likely for my own visit from the cost to service ratio aspect.

Wonderful hotel! The room was spotless - crisp white bedding and a perfectly clean bathroom. The view from the window was beautiful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Bellevue, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Bellevue Mall is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Room was clean. Registration went well. Only problem was that there was feces (either human or dog) very visible outside the elevator. When my husband reported it to the front desk they said they knew about it and it would be handled. The concierge had the same response and the feces sat there for quite some time. We felt someone should have handled it immediately!

Loved how central it is, staff at the front desk did not respect my early check in request through Expedia and after telling me my room was ready for us they wanted to charge an extra $60 to let us in an hour and a half early. Food on and around the property is among the best anywhere, night life is incredible, room was semi clean, bathroom was clean but carpet was pretty gross and furniture was worn out.

The staff were all really nice and helpful. The breakfast restaurant Eques was good and a cheerful atmosphere. My room was well appointed, but there was a problem with the heat. Whenever it ran it smelled like burning electrical, very toxic smelling. Engineering was unable to fix the problem, so I had no heat for 2 weeks. The room was really cold.

It’s a very nice facility with a well appointed room. However my heating system put out a horrible burning electrical smell. Engineering couldn’t fix it, so it was shut off and my room was pretty cold at night. The air smelled really bad the whole stay.

Hotel was great location and convenient for shopping and dining. The room was ok, the air did not work well so despite being set at 70 degrees the room was a perpetual ice box and constantly blowing cold air from the vents and incredibly loud at night. The doors also all bang really loud when open or shut so it was a bit noisy.

Dear hotel, please kindly guide guests where their rooms are located and provide details about parking. Even though this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, we had difficulty finding our room after checking-in. We didn’t know there’s 2 towers and no way to cross the towers unless going through lobby or second floor. Nobody told us so we took the elevator that we used during our first stay which was the wrong one to use. This could’ve been avoided if the front desk lady gave us better guidance. She was very passive about giving out information to the hotel guests and we had to ask and even went back to ask a few times to find out basic information about where our room was located, as well as the parking. This shouldn’t be happening in a friendly and reputable hotel. As a result I can only give a rating of 3/5. Thanks for reading!

Amazing hotel. John, the concierge was amazing from the time we arrived until the moment we left. So impressed by the entire experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. We really had a perfect experience. We will always stay here when visiting Bellevue.

The second week of January my husband and I took a belated honeymoon. We were supposed to go up to Leavenworth, but we’re unable to do to the pass being closed the evening we flew in. We stayed at the Hyatt, and from now on be staying at the Hyatt when we go on trips. We had such a great experience for the night that we stayed. Carrie, the manager upgraded us to a suite after conversing and her hearing that we were on our honeymoon. She also gave us a complementary bottle of wine. We went to the restaurant that she recommended to us as well. It was wonderful! We were really bummed about our trip to the mountain not working out and having to figure out where to go last minute, but it ended up being the best part of our trip! Big thank you to Carrie for making our chaotic day, one of the most wonderful evenings. Highly recommend the Hyatt, especially this location!

We checked in and got to the room where we unpacked. We went down to the restaurant and were waiting for our order to be filled when we were informed that the power was out to the hotel and they couldn’t cook food. We left and had a meal at an adjacent property - and I do mean adjacent right next door where they had no problems. We have not been informed of the status of the outage and cannot get up to the 18th floor where our personal effects are stranded. And no communication at all from the hotel. People are lined up trying to find out what they can do. This is ongoing and the people next door said this has happened more than once recently.

This was not the first time staying at Hyatt Regency Bellevue, but this trip, we were very disappointed. I booked a three night stay in a King View Room. During the reservation process, I request a higher floor away from the elevator, we were placed in a room right off the elevators. Upon check-in, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping every day and I said YES. Day 1 - No housekeeping. We called at 3:30PM before they sent housekeeping to tidy up and bring us fresh towels and replenish the toilet paper. Day 2 - No housekeeping. We called at 6:30PM to get fresh towels. It took them 45 minutes to bring us two sets of towels, but failed to give us any face towels. For the price we paid for 3 nights, we expected more from Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

I love the Hyatt in Bellevue… my most favorite hotel in the world. Ryan at the front desk was awesome… he gives the best impeccable service to his guests. I asked him if I could get a room high up and without hesitation he accommodated me immediately. Ryan was the best!!!

Beautiful property excellent steakhouse & breakfast buffet. The room is efficient. Nice windows comfortable bed and excellent for business trips. They have a wonderful late check out from 12:30 to 2 PM it's $40 which is a bargain. I booked this trip for my daughter because she was leaving for Europe the next day and needed to be closer to the airport. They did not disappoint. They took excellent care of her stay.

Valet staff was amazing and eager to assist I loved that there was an area map at the front desk at check-in of food places and shopping. Bell Service was top notch and handles our luggage with care. Breakfast Buffet service was so friendly and displayed above par customer service for a memorable dining experience. The room was comfortable with great amenities. Cannot wait to visit again in the near future!

We had a great stay! Just a heads up that there is a “new” tower we stayed in that I’m assuming is a bit more upgraded versus the other. One thing we were sad about was the lack of room service! Put a bit of a damper on the evening with a tired 5 year old who didn’t want to venture out & regardless, all restaurants were jam packed (Xmas time).

We upgraded to have a beautiful view and this is what we got. Breakfast was not included, so had to pay $35 per person for a buffet style simple breakfast. Upon arrival at 4pm our room was not ready so we had to wait. Was told they would text when ready and we never got that text. So not impressed for the price of my stay.

The reason we picked this property was a 30 year anniversary, date night. There was no room service, and most of the restaurants were closed. Street noise was heard throughout the night, and didn’t lend itself to the vibe we were hoping for. For the price we could have stayed elsewhere knowing the services would be unavailable, and saved money.

Great location for downtown Bellevue. Rooms are large and clean. Plenty of plugs for equipment and charging. Staff very friendly. The shock was the cost of having breakfast - $35 hefty taxes for the buffet. I can't complain about the quality of the food or service, but paying $120 for two adults and child was something I was not expecting.
