The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, however its proximity to the highway meant that I heard the trucks passing. The treadmill in the gym was covered in sweat from a previous user- which really was kind of gross. Otherwise, everything was really good.

The rim was good, nice and fairly comfortable. However, the pool was closed. They had a sign on the door. We asked about using the hot tub, because that was specifically the reason we got that hotel, was for a hot tub. He said he would check and let us know by 8pm, so 1 hour. At 9:45, pool closes at 10, the phone rang to say we could use the the hot tub. We had even called and went to the desk at about 815. No one was there.

The whole hotel was terrific, including the up-to-date spacious room, full satisfying breakfast included and especially that the hot tub and pool were working. Too often these are advertised, but closed. It made my stay awesome!

Ravi and the rest of the crew were very kind and made us feel welcome. The room was filthy and smelled like sweat, which did not abate during the course of the trip. There were crumbs in the drawers. The floor corners not cleaned out, like where the walls meet the floor, the corners were dirty. The tub didn't plug for my kids' bath. There were very limited towels available for the pool. The people overhead were very heavy walkers and woke us up about 2 hours earlier than we were hoping to (also, their poor kid fell out of the bed 2x, bless them). Altogether, for over $200 a night, really unimpressed.

The hotel was great overall. The room was as expected. They were even able to provide a cot for a 5th person. Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool/hot tub were nice to soak in after skiing. Really my only complaint is about the parking lot. It snowed quote a bit in the evening and by the morning, the driving part of the lot around the hotel still hadn't been plowed. I had to dig out a spot to park in at night and then had to dig out the area behind it to be able to get out in the morning.

Our room smelled like the previous occupant had a dog and it also smelled very musty. Several ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained and looked to be from a recent leak from the room above. The carpet was stained with what appeared to be blood and the comforter also had a stain. The chair to the desk was missing a lot of the surface material and would come off on my clothing when I sat on it. A portion of the curtain/window treatment was unattached from the rod and my husband had to attach it so that we could get adequate privacy when closing the curtain/window treatment. We had ants in the bathroom on the night before we checked out. The noise from the hallway and room above us was very loud and disruptive. The hallway outside of our room never appeared to have been vacuumed the time that we stayed at the hotel, as the same piece of trash was outside our room the entire time. I took pictures of all the above mentioned if your company is interested in seeing them. On a positive note, the breakfast food provided was nice as well as the coffee/water bar provided for guests. Thank you for the opportunity to express our feelings about our stay at your hotel.

Staff was great, room was disgusting. Turn on the heater and the room smelled like an ashtray. Floor was dirty. Stains on walls , sides of bed ect. Simply disgusting. I was going to complain and just decided it wasn’t worth my time. Will never stay there again and I recommend anyone else does the same.

The staff while checking in were great. The room on the other hand was downright disgusting. There were cigarette burns, dirt and food all over the carpet, food or something smeared all over the place along with mold on the widow openings and stains all over the beds. I got this room for my family before my Mother's surgery and they had to check out two days early and find another hotel.

OUR FIRST ROOM SMELT LIKE CIGARETTES AND HAD A DIRTY REFRIDGERATOR. 2ND ROOM WE FOUND DIRTY/BLOODY UNDERWEAR X 3 PAIRS IN THE DRAWER, BLOODY GAUZE PADS, DIRTY BED SHEET ROLLED UP, AND SOME DRUG MECHANISMS. WHEN I CAME BACK FROM MY SECOND TIME AT THE CHECK IN DESK WE FOUND A NEEDLE SYRINGE COVER IN MY 1 YEAR OLD SONS AND AND OTHER NEEDLE PARTS IN HIS MOUTH. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. DISGUSTING. HAD TO LEAVE WITH MY FAMILY AT 8PM AND HAD TO FIND A NEW HOTEL ROOM. WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY EVER USE A BEST WESTERN HOTEL AGAIN.

The reception was friendly, and Frankie was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room did not have much soundproofing, and we could hear the angry guest across the hall and the people above us walking all evening and in the morning. The show did not have any ventolation and there was mold growing around the shower. The ceiling had come down in one corner above the shower and was temporarily patched.

When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a suit at no extra charge which was nice with it being 3 adults and 1 child. Location was pretty good. Breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast. I only gave it a 3 because the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the shower curtain was staines at the bottom and had the beginnings of mold from the moisture and the way it was tucked up into the shower. The couch in the suite was very rough material and uncomfortable. It was very obvious that this hotel has a lot of long term room rentals as there was garbage bags outside of the majority of the rooms on the floor we stayed on a long with take out packaging. It was definitely not worth the price paid. I would stay again in a pinch but would not choose as a stay on a planned trip.

Stayed in room 120. The room above had very loud and creaky floors. Also guests stomped up and down stairs at 4 AM and slammed doors. Not a restful night. The bed was comfortable.

The location was fine and the clerk was friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room above ours had flooring issues and creaked and popped every time the occupants moved, which was often after 2 AM. Other guests also started stomping up and down stairs and slamming doors after 2 AM

I stayed in a first floor room which was perfectly clean and comfortable as one would expect. However there was a guest in the room above whose every footstep sounded like Bigfoot and the use of the shower and toilet was equivalent of a nearby freight train. I don't think it was the guest's fault... I think there is insufficient construction between the floors.

From the moment I checked in, Ravi was a great help. He was very informative of the hotel, its services, and the area. I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable there, which is saying something because I am from South Texas and have never been so far from home before. I felt nothing but welcomed and satisfied with the quality of the room, the services provided, and the excellent customer service. The young lady with blonde hair and glasses was also very sweet and kind. She was very helpful and assisted me with the cold water station--by the way, wonderful touch! Ice water is provided 24/7. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice.

The staff is fantastic! I had to extend my stay, but being from Canada it was actually better for me cost wise to make a new booking through Expedia so technically I should have had to check out and check back in but the staff helped me out and made sure I stayed in my room and just extended my booking like I had extended with them. I didn't really have time to check out any of the amenities but just from the friendliness of the staff if I'm back in Concord I'll stay here.

Due to car problems, we had to book this hotel at the spur of the moment on a Sunday afternoon for that evening. Our reservation was confirmed, and we checked in about 10 minutes later. All was in order. And we got into our room right away. Our 2 Queens room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Friendly front-desk staff was very helpful. Location just off the interstate. Highly recommend!

The place was conveniently located to the area in New Hampshire we needed to get to. Friendly staff. Clean room. The indoor pool was clean and a huge hit with my toddler. The gym was ok as it only had three basic equipment. The price for the stay was reasonable. Breakfast could have been better, but it wasn’t bad.

Nice and quiet. It's off the main strip so it's easy to get into and out of. Because it's in Concord you are very close to lots of good shopping and dining options. Very close to the Pearson Vue testing center. Staff friendly and courteous.

The property itself was fine and was pretty much as per the description. The room we had was on the far right side of the builing near the end, which unfortunately was fairly close to a major highway. The constant sound of cars and semis speeding by prevented us from getting much sleep. Remarkably, the traffic flow persisted all night long without the lull I hoped we would see in the wee hours. If you book here, I would recommend a room near the middle or on the left side of the hotel.

Food service needs a lot of work. Breakfast omelets were cold. We had to notify staffing of this. Otherwise, Clean big rooms. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Halloween and Fall. Entrance door mats could have been cleaned more regularly Would recommend to others

The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The heated pool actually was warm not huge but easy to enter even after a spell in the hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. It offered a decent size fridge and microwave with an extra sink and counter space to prep some food. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would go there again given an opportunity. The only drawback was we came before a winter storm and the parking lot was quite messy and icy from the last storm still, and when the plow came through the snow ended up blocking in many cars but we did leave before the storm ended.

The staff that was there was great but understaffed! Front desk - one cheerful person - had to also man the continental breakfast and clean the area. She was doing the work of three people and obviously couldn’t do it all. There was extremely limited options.
