We frequently travel back and forth from New England to Florida and Florence is where we often end up stopping. We have stayed many different places there but this was the best for us. The service was incredible. The room had everything you could want and the bathroom had a night light. The hotel has charging stations and we have a plugin. So this gave us 40 miles without using gas.

It was perfect for a quick overnight where we could get dinner and drinks on the premises. For a hotel restaurant it offered a good variety of food. Full Service was at your table and prompt. The staff friendly and helpful. Just an overall good experience.

This property was ok but I did not feel it was up to Hilton expectations. The bathroom was dirty. Pretty beat up as well. Also, when I got into bed there was blood (fresh) on the comforter. I signed up and paid for breakfast but there was nothing in the buffet. Eggs were dried to the pan and no meat. The potatoes were all I got out of the buffet. My waitress was wonderful though and tried hard to take care of me. When I asked the manager if there was more food she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not at all what one would expect for a Hilton property.

If you are not a Dog or animal lover this is NOT the hotel for you! I have NEVERED stayed at a hotel with sooo many Extremely large dogs. It would be ok if they confined them to certain floors but that is NOT the case. Even though they said DOGS were not allowed in the dinning area, servers still allowed owners to bring dogs in the bar area. NO, these were NOT sevice dogs. The floors to the lobby and to the elevator were so dirty. Inside the elevator it was either water from the pool or dog pee. Either way it was not pleasant to have to continuously step around. The staff at this hotel should really try to do better house keeping of the common area during the day with this much traffic. As for the rooms, shower had only luke warm water, towels and bed pillows were well worn, bedroom and hallway carpets need deep cleaning. For this price point and a Hilton brand, we were expecting better quality. In the dinner room, tables are not cleaned very well. The 3 different tables we sat at (various times ) all felt sticky and gummy. Not a pleasant eating experience.

The hotel room doesn’t look clean maybe because our room was old and the bathtub has stains for the hard water. Mirror in the bathroom wasn’t clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. 😀 Breakfast isn’t included you have to pay separately. Around the hotel has restaurants and stores.

bathroom walls weren't particularly clean. shampoo was empty. fridge wasnt plugged in. i particularly needed fridge as i have insulin i wanted to store in there. it was too late to plug it in by thse time i realised.

Hilton Garden Inn was a confortable stay. We stayed over night on a trip home from visiting family in Florida. The room was spacious and comfortable. In addition, the fitness center was adequate for a morning work out. It had come to our attention the hotel is being renovated, so I would like to suggest add a door to the one bedroom suite so it can be utilized better.

I arrived at the front desk and the night agent was on the phone with his girlfriend. He kept talking to her while checking me in. As an Honors Member I am entitled to cold bottled water (2 bottles) and none were offered. Elevator was dirty like a NYC street. On Sunday morning at 6 AM, a bedside alarm clock went on, obviously set by a prior guest. Carpets were not clean and on Sunday morning I found out that breakfast is not free and they wanted to charge me $18.00. I will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Prior experiences in others were similar. And I travel.extensively. stay away.

Booked through expedia with breakfast included. Arrive at breakfast buffet in the morning, had two plates served with food only to be told my stay didn’t include breakfast. Showed girl at front desk my itinerary, an email from Hilton listing “breakfast buffet” under my included amenities but was told to call Expedia. Called Expedia and confirmed with them I had breakfast included. Front desk still wouldn’t honor it. Two full plates of food thrown out and gone to waste because the girl at the front wanted to be rude and difficult. Her name was Nikki. Terrible experience and false advertising.

Order through a third-party like Expedia sit in the lobby like a homeless person till 4 o’clock when 70 percent empty. 3 o’clock check in time! Was told they would have a room but I went through 3rd party so I had to wait for just that room and said they wouldn’t recommend using 3rd party so you could be treated just like everyone that checked in while we sat like street people till ours was ready 😡 Then didn’t even get the room choice I chose DISCUSTING!!!

The place was amazing, perfect for an overnight . A restaurant in the hotel and gym etc The only thing I was upset about was I thought there was a free breakfast buffet but I was told it was $14.95 !! I would recommend this hotel, everything else outweigh the breakfast
