Upon checking in -this is a non smoking motel- my room smelled like a smoking pit/ room changed right away. I stayed for a couples of days to relax by the pool- pool closed for maintenance the whole time. Elevator stopped working on morning of checkout. 3 flights of stairs down to my car with luggage - surgery a few days ago- not supposed to lift and carry- Remodeled room very nice! Halls not clean. Landscaping was well done but no mulch and scattered trash. Needless to say- this is not my favorite home away from home. Thanks

The pool was closed. The light in the middle of the stairwell was burned out. A light in my room was burned out. The telephone rang randomly all night long. When I reported it the next morning at the front desk, management told me they were aware of the problem! Trash cans overflowed.

Somewhat remodeled, has elevators,but the open into a uncooled corridor for a short stretch.Room was great except a struggling air conditioner. Seemed very safe. I left my scooter cover on the carrier and it was not bothered. It was locked to the carrier so wasn't a real worry. The breakfast is all carbs, but good.

Great value for a race weekend . Room comfortable ac unit did great . Had a hand grip to get in and out of tub . Elevator worked well . Could walk to restaurants . Target right there if you needed something.

Pool was closed - no water in it. Checked into a room but the floor was wet because the cleaner obviously used a fully wet mop without even partially wringing it out. Furthermore, they should have noticed and then dry it - but they didn't. That left the floor wet and dirty with puddles of water in places. They moved us to another room. The floor was a little bit wet but instead of going back to the front desk I dried the floor with a towel. When I was done, the towel was filthy (black with dirt).

Got room and within a couple of minutes there was water running across floor from AC. TV not working either. Had to go asked to be moved. Then next day no fresh towels and I had to go back downstairs to get some. 3 ice machines and only one worked. By Sunday morning it wasn't working either.

There were bugs all over the place i reported and showed the front desk the next morning and showed her a video. she did not offer us another room instead said she would send someone to spray which didnt happen all night in bed i felt bugs crawling on me. next day bug all over the counter sink retuned back from granddaughters birthday party video again from entering the room for proof of what we were about to walk into the room facing again more bugs I went down stairs showed front clerk another video of the bugs & told her we were leaving and req my money back. I sent all videos to the daysinnflorencesc140@gmail.com .also you can smell pot all through the hotel we only rec one nights stay back I feel like we should had gotten a full refund. I suggest you send undercover quess to see what kind of service they rec.

This hotel is very run down from the common areas like the entrance to the hallways, very dirty the carpets are gross, the only saving grace to this place was the room was semi clean, don't think the floors in our room have ever been washed, spilled water from the cooler wiped iit up with a towel was black, other options in the area will never come back

Would never recommend this place. There were stains on the ceiling and on the sheets. It smells like mildew and cigarettes. The bathroom door didn’t even close. One of the lights would flicker when the switch was turned off. We got out of there as soon as possible the following morning.

The staff were very nice. Our room was 1st floor, entrance from parking lot, so very noisy with people beeping to lock their cars. Lock was wobbly, ac very loud, but cold! Soft towels, comfy bed. Breakfast very limited; packets of grits, 1 kind of fruit, small yogurt. Coffee was fine. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and don’t mind the simplicity of the room, it is just fine.

Stay was average. Towel rack fell off the wall as soon as i added a towel. USB charger on one side of the room didn’t work. Other than these issues, the stay was fine. Wouldn't stay there with my wife but it was fine with my older child. We needed an inexpensive room at the 11th hour.

All approved, got their friday morning and seen i accidentally booked just Thursday night. She said no problem i will refund you then i booked Friday to Saturday agian, i never got the refund, called and they denied and pushed him out early before 11 am

room floors were dirty kids had to keep shoes on because feet turned black, had 3 rooms 2 rooms had bugs one room had wet floor in am and brown water out of tub faucet. Spoke with Mgr in am, promised FULL refund for 1 room and I needed to have Hotels.com call them to confirm refund. Later in day spoke with Hotels.com and they called hotel and hotel only offered partial refund of room night. Tried multiple times since to get this resolved but mgmt at hotel is avoiding call.

Positive things: Lynna at check in was super friendly and welcoming; room was clean and room temp was nice and cool. Negatives: Was uncomfortable with safety from the minute I entered parking lot. Was very nervous about walking from my car to the front door. Several groups of people congregated in parking lot, very loud, music blasting, smelled of marijuanna. The "party" continued til at least midnight! My mattress was horrible, so uncomfortable. Bedframe squeaked with the least little movement. Outside corridors were dirty. Not a good experience at this property!

Very reasonably priced hotel for a quick overnight stay. Best thing is the location walking distance to several chain restaurants (outback steakhouse, etc). Also very close to stores if you need to pick something up.

When we first checked in we were given a “non-smoking” room that smelled like pot and the fridge could not be opened due to a broken shelf. The staff was nice and professional and gave us a new room which smelled better, but in the morning there was a very large roach in the bathroom. Huge! On the webpage the breakfast shows hot food like eggs, and metal dishes for meats, we assumed, and bread for toast, donuts, JUICE, etc. there was none of that. No juice, watered down coffee. There were waffles but no knives. Only two tables with two chairs each. I Peaked through a curtain and saw the kitchen was under construction so I’m kind of glad they didn’t have hot food. But do to the pictures showing a better than average breakfast we were fooled. False advertising. Oh, there was a microwave if you wanted hot fruit loops.
