Super convenient and lovely place to stay while visiting family for a hospital procedure. Had an upper floor room with a cool view of DC in the distance. Hotel was quiet and close to anything you could need. Love the back parking. Near a park and some wild land, so it felt tucked away on one side. Lots of students and groups when I was there, but up in my room, they weren't noticeable at all. Security on site, at least on the weekend. Stayed as a solo female traveler, but did not feel unsafe.
