Our room was very cool. We stayed on the first floor and was able to go into the pool area from our room. The pool area is large and the depth of the pool is 7 foot at the deepest part. Only downside is there is no hot tub.

Stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 - a lovely hotel. We upgraded to have a room with pool view and were lucky to get first floor room and access to pool right from our room. Our 6 year old went from pajamas to bathing suit. Great helpful staff :)

My children and I had the best experience here when traveling through on a road trip. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt so welcomed. It was incredibly clean and I am a stickler for that. The kids were given an ice cream chip and it made their whole day. We all enjoyed the walkout door to the pool for convience with the kiddos. We also enjoyed the gym and and arcade! We didn't want to leave and will definitely stop here each time we do the trip from SC to Connecticut.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous - too bad the lobby bar was not open, but the restaurant/bar was. The pool was lovely and there is a very small game room that is very warm outside of the pool. 99% of the staff we interacted with was super friendly. The room was clean and included a couch, ottoman and work space along with the refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. There is a pretty busy street behind the hotel and I did hear traffic, mostly in the morning. The restaurant offered breakfast (at a cost) that was good. On Sunday it was a good buffet. The staff there was also extremely pleasant. All in all a very good experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a hockey tournament, and it was an excellent choice! The hotel was exceptionally clean, from the lobby bathrooms to the pool area and our room. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The location was convenient—only about 5 minutes from one rink and 30 minutes from another. While the extra drive time to the farther rink was a consideration, it was absolutely worth it for such a well-kept hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and their warm hospitality stood out. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially those traveling for sports tournaments, and we would stay here again.

Ive stayed in the Pa area several times and I really like the location and this hotel. The convenience of the restaurant inside the hotel suited us just fine. The hotel was in great shape and appeared really clean and really nice except for one thing. I woke up on the second night with 2 bed bug bites. I had to rush home so I left a message for the manager to have them check the room before the next guest arrived. We planned on returning but now I'm not so sure.

The overall facility was beautiful and well maintained. The only exception was the mold in our shower. The food we had was awesome. We only had apps 1 night, potato skins and nachos, and I would highly recommend the nachos!! The cheese sauce needs to be bottled!! The bar staff also needs a mention as we sat and watched when conventions let out and the 1 bartender (forgot his name) did an absolutely incredible job of keeping up with some very demanding customers! Before we knew it staff from all over come to help and it was smooth sailing all around. Having service experience in my past, I was very impressed with how smooth it all ran. Well done!! Overall, it was a great experience as usual!

It's a pretty old building. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms give old and tired. The tub wasn't draining so the handyman came to fix the drain. It still is clogged. I was up to my ankles in non draining shower water. There's also a water advisory (so i was told) so the water is yellow.

There wasn’t anything but local channels on the television. The television was a Samsung smart TV that had no apps to sign into but had cast capability. When I went to cast my Netflix it would not. When I inquired about it they told me my phone was not compatible. I have the same televisions at my house so I know that wasn’t true. The alarm clock is programmed through the television but it would not work and I was late for a very important meeting.

We only had a problem- and not insurmountable by any means. We had formal events in the evenings and the fact that the chest of drawers is installed inside the closet leaves little space for gowns, coats or dresses to hang. It is a bit of an awkward set-up for storing wardrobe for a longer trip. If there is ever a re-design, would love to see more space in the closet area. Everything else is A+
