Stayed 1 night

The staff was nice and very accommodating. They let us check in early without charging an extra fee, which was definitely appreciated. The room looked clean at first, but after looking around more closely, I noticed streaks of something running down the walls and even on some of the picture frames. I didn’t touch it, so I’m not sure what it was or whether it was sticky. The biggest issue happened at night. I was in the room with my two kids when all of the lights suddenly went out and wouldn’t come back on. Thankfully, the TV stayed on, so we still had some light, but it was definitely a little creepy being in the room with two kids and no lights. My husband happened to be coming back from getting pizza and stopped at the front desk. They told him to put a card into a little box inside the room, which restored the power to the lights. Odd. The shower water was warm enough, but definitely not hot. Breakfast was okay. They had coffee, flavored water, cereal, a waffle maker, and a couple of yogurts. Nothing fancy, but enough to grab something before heading out.

Breakfast was a joke. Bring your own. Had to locate an employee each day to refill an item ( coffee one day, milk for the cold cereal another, each time employee was on the phone). Our original reservation was for 4 days. Found out we only needed to stay 3 and was told only "the" manager could change our reservation because it was a third party reservation. Left messages every day with the front desk, told every time that the manager needed to approve the cancelled day. Asked every day to talk to "the" manager. Always told : later this afternoon, tomorrow morning, after 5, etc. Finally left one day early, couldn't wait anymore for "the" manager. Conclusions: Bring your own food for breakfast and drink their coffee and juice, better yet, just go out. Never expect to talk to "the" manager. Our room was quite nice and very clean( DLX 2 queen bed).

When we walked in the building, it smelled like animal urine walked in our room, and it smelled musty, then I walked into the bathroom this morning, shut the door and could not get it back. Open was stuck in the bathroom for an hour before they finally called the fire department to get me out was not compensated for anything very rude.Unprofessional , bad business do not stay at this hotel
