Room was chilly and we could never warm it up . They have some sort of water based “seasonal” cooling & heating system that leaves you with little control. We had a two day reservation but apparently the agent that checked us in did so for one night. They hassled us during the day about the second night. Phone communication was poor as we were on the Durango-Silverton RR which takes you through the mountains. We had to get new key cards once and the agent admonished me to keep the key card away from my phone as that was probably the problem. He was perturbed. The free “breakfast “ is wrapped rolls, waffles - sugar and fat. No proteins. There was flavored yogurt cups however. Won’t be staying there again. The internet makes it look much nicer than it is.

Came into town, for a business trip. 6 long days, at a MECUM Auctions. I needed quiet, peaceful, and truly comfortable accommodations. Am very pleased with Property & Staff. My plan is to return, in the future. Thank you, very much, EconoLodge. Sincerely & Respectfully, Gregory A. Prante 🇺🇸

When checking in, the front desk woman made it clear to not have high expectations as it is the oldest hotel in Lebanon. I asked if it was clean, that things function, and was safe. She said yes. It was so so. We had to fix the curtain rod so we could even close the curtains for privacy. The tub didnt drain well at all. So yes, it is old, but old doesnt mean neglected with basic things. And there were people roaming around the rooms that didnt make us feel like it was exactly the safest area. Of course, that was our experience in our room. Others may not have that experience.

I was greeted by a a front desk attendant who criticized the state fair, which I attended. Directions to my room and the nearest stairs was not properly explained. There was a bag of trash sitting at the base of the stairs during my entire stay. Breakfast was not set out for self service and the morning desk services staff was not overly accommodating. Thexstair case was in desperate need of cleaning. There was a large bathroom and all supplies were readily available for the bed and bath areas. Air conditioner was great and the refrigerator was a plus... No microwave:( . I got good sleep and was out early in the morning.
