Extremely Disappointing Stay My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster. The room was outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The restroom was neglected and lacked proper cleaning. The in-room amenities were also subpar - the coffeemaker was dusty, the microwave had leftover food crumbs, the carpets were stained and dirty, and the TV remote had a disgusting, unidentifiable stain. The AC unit was unbearable, making a terrible noise and not working properly. To add to the frustration, the toilet didn't have body wash, and when I requested a refill, I had to wait for someone to come and replenish it. Housekeeping was completely disorganized. They entered my room without informing me, a staggering 2 hours before checkout. To make matters worse, they took all the towels, leaving me without any. It was ridiculous and inconvenient. Noise levels were high, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inept housekeeping make this hotel a place I would not recommend. I will not be staying here again.

I stayed at this property in 2024 and the quality was vastly different in a years time. The sheets and towels all had set in stains. Even the bedspreads were stained and nasty. The tub was damaged and looked dirty. Other portions of the room were run down as well. My room was right above the entrance and there was no way to block the noise. People arriving at midnight were hollering and super noisy through the thin walls and windows. When we checked in, I was informed there was no other rooms available- which leads me to believe this room is rarely used. Also, no elevator, not a problem for my family but a good heads up for anyone looking that can't do stairs. Would recommend you stay elsewhere.

I stayed in the Canton Mississippi location. Checkin was fine. Got to the room and noticed that all of the linens were dirty and stained. Looked like blood or makeup on the top covers. Asked for linens to be changed immediately and this was done. The new sets were clean but had set in stains. The towels were stained with yellow areas and set in stains of various colors. Small towel had a hole. Request for more towels went unanswered for many hours until I went to the front desk. The tub was either not cleaned well or just stained horribly. The smell of marijuana overtook the hallway every day. Most nights were quiet. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of wet stairs. Free breakfast was ok. There was cereal, small pastries, pancake making machine, packets of oatmeal/grits, fake tasting egg patties, sausage patties, biscuits with gravy, thin bacon. Pets seem to be allowed. Saw a lot of cute doggies. The immediate area has McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Popeyes, Sonic, plenty of gas stations. I am soured on ever staying in another Best Western. Staff were nice when engaged.

The only thing that I would change about this property and location would be all the traffic in the back where we park so to say. There was four or five vehicles back there with a bunch of men hanging out with one woman, and just watching our every move and as a woman with four kids traveling alone that kind of bothered us. We were trying to tend to our dogs that was in the trailer and they just kept walking in and around everywhere where we were. And I know this has nothing to do with the property, but maybe the owner could have made them quit just hanging out back there because it was hours that they were there. Every time we went out they were still there just hanging out and being creepy.

The hotel is near a Walmart on Feather Lane and there's a Dollar General Market close by. It's also conveniently located near the freeway. During our stay, we observed some concerning issues. The room had one maid, the window was off-track and fixed with masking tape, the microwave smelled burnt, towels were heavily stained, pillowcases were not clean, and we were given only two towels for a family. We had to request more towels and were told to return them(older woman). We had no intention of keeping their merchandise. Someone even came to spray pesticides in the room, which was alarming with kids around. We won't be returning to this hotel.

The toilet seat was broken so moved if you moved even a little bit. Husband took shower and needed a clean new towel as his had colored spots all over it. Reception replaced.
