The staff was friendly and very willing to help with any needs and/or advice. There was always lemon line water in the lobby and delicious chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. The hotel was clean. The pool was clean and warm. I had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious. The shower had great water pressure, unlike some hotels I’ve been to. They have plenty of parking, although maybe a little tight. They offer a free shuttle service to drive their customers to their destination. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! The only thing that I say, is that I wish the room had a refrigerator and microwave.

Great Location, Poor Hospitality Great location and nice outdoor seating, but the hospitality was disappointing. We walked into the restaurant twice and stood at the bar without anyone acknowledging us. I finally had to ask if they served food before anyone responded. Both our restaurant and room-service orders were incorrect, and both meals were cold. The restaurant meal clearly sat in the back before being brought out, and I barely ate my room-service meal. No one checked in or seemed to notice. The hotel shuttle also wasn't available because the driver wasn't working. The room itself was okay, but overall, the lack of service really took away from the stay. By our last morning, we chose to eat our leftover cold pizza for breakfast rather than go back to the restaurant—and honestly, it was the best meal we had there. The location is great, but the staff could definitely use some hospitality training.
