Other than the noise from the refrigerator, it was a very good place to stay.

Stayed 2 nights

I was very happy with my stay this last weekend. It was clean and the staff was on top of things. An orherwise great stay then there was this. The man next door was beating his gf outside and he was slamming her against my door and window. I was able to assist the woman as she was severely bruised and shaken. I tried to get him kicked out or something but the front desk did not seem too eager to get involved. I asked the girl if she wanted me to call the police and she begged me not to for fear of what would happen. I was there for special events so I could not stay with her and she was not ready to leave him and seek safe shelter. I am just disappointed that there was no action on the Hotel’s behalf. I was more than happy to help a girl in need, but it is not my job to diffuse problems that guest of LaQuinta are causing nor should I have to spend time away from what I was there to do because the Hotel didn’t feel it was necessary to handle a very scary and unsettling situation.

There was a poor coordination with front desk personnel since they gave our room access to another customer. A stranger ended up forcibly opening our room door in the middle of the night which terrified us. Front desk even made it sound that it was our fault and was not even apologetic of the situation.
