The Motel 6 side is kinda decent but the Studio 6 side is GROSS. There are roaches and my room wasn’t even cleaned. They were dirty towels laying around. The microwave clear plate was in the sink. I literally did not even sleep in my room because the bugs had me very very freaked out.

I'd like to start off with I thought the staff was friendly, efficient and tried as hard as they could but this motel is absolute mess. Curtains pulled off wall, no blanket, TV didn't work (got that resolved with new remote), free coffee from 7am-11am was fiction, grounds were nasty, one of the buildings was suffering from structural damage with crews hammering away, rooms had a nasty odor (think body odor and cigs), door barely locked, very sketchy residents living at hotel, floors left my sox black. The whole place was just nasty and charged $200++/night because of the Masters. On the upside shower had hot water and good pressure. The no blanket on the bed was icing on the cake and the pillows were junk.

I was locked out of the HOTEL LOBBY and the clerk refused to open it for me to check in. I was forced to use the plexiglass "bank teller" window to check in from outside in 95 degree temp. The room was atrocious.

Door key card didn’t work the first time I tried to open the door. Had to go back to the lobby from my assigned room on the third floor. The whole place looked like a ghetto projects. There were people walking all over the place and there was loud music all over the place. No soap was provided in my bedroom. There was a closet with an old chair inside and there was mold all around the baseboards. There was also signs of mold or mildew in the bathroom. HVAC system worked perfectly. I will not stay at that place again.

This place has German cockroaches. I didn’t even sleep in the room and wasn’t able to move rooms due to them being booked and it being like 3am. The regular hotel side is okay but the extended stay side is gross.

I love that the property had an elevator due to my room was on the 3rd floor but I didn’t like that because I had 4 children with me so it was a must for a kitchen but I was shifted around giving 2 different rooms that someone else was already in due to the error in the system they couldn’t figure out what rooms will be available had to wait an hour and half after I paid $25 for early arrival check in.

We reserved a non-smoking room with a kitchenette. Non-smoking rooms cost more than the equivalent smoking room. When we arrived, there were no non-smoking rooms. We were given a key to a smoking room and found it to still be OCCUPIED. We were given a key to a second room. The AC was not cooling, there was no remote for the TV and there were roaches living and dead in the kitchen area. The property as a whole is in poor condition with visible cracks in the concrete balconies. The balconies and railings would move if you stepped too close to the outside edge. There was construction debris and materials located all about the property that looked as if they had been there a quite a while. We did not stay. The office staff were apologetic and offered to cancel our reservation themselves without charging us. They said that they could not move our reservation to the Motel 6 side of the property as technically it was not "the same property."

Check in process was overall smooth. I booked two rooms, and they retrieved the reservation quickly. Upon entering the room my nostrils were assaulted with the pungent odor of cigarettes and mold. The floors were stickier than a movie theater floor after a double feature of spy kids and spy kids 2. The kitchenette looked like a frat house kitchen after homecoming weekend. The bathroom had a 4x8 piece of upside down drywall patching what I assume to be a 4x8 patch of water damage, based on the fact a water feature developed once the floor above us took a shower. I have never, and will never stay in a worse room. I wouldn’t wish this room on anybody, and would feel sorry if my greatest enemies accidentally booked this hotel.

The mattresses (no mattress protector) were mouldy; the shower was mouldy and leaking; the floors were dirty (blood and insects); the room smelled of chemicals so much that it gave me a headache. My group had to immediately leave and find alternative accommodations. Please do not book at this place.

I arrived after midnight, but the night manager tended to me right away. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean also. I rate it a 9 out of 10. It looks like they try very hard.

I booked a single bed, and was told at check-in that they had sold out of all of them and I could either get a refund or pay an additional fee for a double room. It is not MY fault that you overbooked the rooms, and as a paying customer, I should NOT be forced to pay extra for a bed that I wouldn't even use (traveling solo). 2nd gripe was that my room had zero towels or washcloths at check-in, so I was never able to get refreshed after a long day on the road. These types of things are not good for the brand, and is something that's making me reconsider booking from Studio 6 or Motel 6 in the future (even though their beds are the most comfortable of all the chains I've stayed at).

This property is filled with permanent residents. Room smelled like smoke. My check was horrible. Management was rude with a nasty nice demeanor. I booked a room and was told my room wasn’t available. After the front desk attendant explained what happened. The management refused to talk to me at first. I was downgraded to room that took about an hour to get ready. I arrived at after 4:30pm. I should have found another hotel. The walls were thin I could hear everything.

It was exactly what you would expect from a very budget motel. Sheets looked reasonably clean, no blankets provided, random stuff left in mini fridge, pillows weren't great, shower was pretty gross and leaking, and some general disrepair. Staff seemed nice and appeared to do their best . They seem to be trying to do some (much needed) repairs, but the workmanship looks shotty.

I never received an email concerning check in process. Upon arrival at hotel I was no greeted at the window however had to endure listening to the front desk clerk on a personal call yelling and cursing at someone. I finally ring the bell which is when another employee finally approached the window and said that they no longer had any vacancies and would not honor my reservations. Her exact words were, “we not taking any third party reservations” however my card was clearly charged. I then for sake of argument left the property and contacted customer care. I have already submitted a request to have my funds reimbursed and hope that others did not have and are not having the same issue with this hotel that I had. That whole circumstance made the whole devastation of having just been through a hurricane even more devastating.

Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional staff - property refused to refund the stay despite their not having our reservation, any availability and we were turned around “WE’RE SOLD OUT, CLOSED!!!” before we even walked in the door (staff outside smoking). The whole experience was horrible and now the property refused to respond to communications & process refund requests. Avoid at all costs

We showed up at 8 for check-in. Our reservations were made 6 months prior. They gave away our rooms because “we didn’t show up before 6”. There is no disclaimer anywhere that states this is their policy. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional about the situation. We ended up having to find another place to stay at. After the same situation happened to others in the lobby, the staff started to hide in the back and not acknowledge anyone. This place needs to be shut down.

Ever room was nasty I had to clean my own room,they got bed bugs ,they have nasty people and dogs everywhere, they very much not friendly at all , they have people doing and selling drugs right outside the hotel, people walking around with guns on top of that part of the hotel is missing it looks like it’s falling apart, they have people cleaning/fixing up the hotel for a place to stay smh I will never stay here again ever in my life and just because and I paid for a week and wen I seen the bed bugs seen that I had to clean all the rooms they put me in me and my kids stayed one night and asked for or money for the rest of the days that we had left they didn’t want to give it at all so I call the people I book the hotel with they help me got my money back and the lady gonna tell me they put me on a do not return list because they had all this going on and I was happy she did that because nobody need to stay in a place like this wen they paying there own money for it this hotel needs to be close down for good

I love how it’s convenient to almost anything that you’d need; (food, clothing, gas, etc.) The staff are very helpful and outgoing. And the prices are affordable. All together, a very nice hotel.

Dirty, no shampoo, conditioner, shower curtain, coffee, coffee mugs, glasses, anything. Small, mismatched dollar store towels. Floors were filthy. People yelling outside, a dog barking in next room. Never again.
