The location was very convenient and close to Busch Gardens. After a long day at the park, it was nice to have such a short drive to the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, too. The room was decent, but the shower door looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The bathroom was very small, with the sink located outside of it. I stayed with my 14-year-old son, and having hardly any room to change clothes privately in the bathroom made the setup less than ideal for us. Breakfast was just okay. The juice machine was out of order, so water and coffee were the only drink options. Overall, the location was the biggest plus, but the bathroom layout and cleanliness left room for improvement.

We were locked out of our room while we were at breakfast, at 8:30a.m., apparently some computer error. We had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come and reactivate the card. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There are no shelves in the shower stall, to put soap, shampoo and conditioner. Water from the shower head leaks outside the stall, so the floor got wet whenever we took a shower. The sink is outside the bathroom, in the bedroom, which makes it very non-higinic to grab the door handle, after having used the toilet.

We stayed in two rooms in the Wyndham for several nights. The service we received from personnel was attentive and kind. And the free breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms were not super clean, particularly the floors which is challenging with an infant. Additionally the hotel says they have cribs available. They do not. What they did have was a pack-n-play that smelled strongly of cigarettes and was thus unusable for us. We also stayed with our dog. Unfortunately, the people staying across the hall also did and their dogs were frequently left unattended and did not stop barking. We thought to call to complain but the phone in the hotel room didn’t work… to reach the main desk you have to call the Wyndham corporate number (and hope the AI receptionist routes you to the front desk) or go down in person. For future stays, I’d rather spend more than stay here again.

The hotel was decent. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is the fitness room was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The rooms and the other areas were clean though. I would suggest that they put a sign up at the elevators letting you know which floor things were on like vending, ice, fitness room, etc. Otherwise you have to ask where everything is located.

Not worth the price. The property is clean and the staff is friendly but the room is not worth the price especially for being a Wyndham. For the same price or to pay a few extra dollars you can go to a better hotel. The room wasnt bad but the restroom, wifi, and outlets were a big issue. The location is convenient since its only like a few minutes away from Bisch Gardens but again not worth the price.
