TV was easy to use; room was clean and quiet. I felt safe there. There was a restaurant across the parking lot. Good experience

This place is a polished turd. Recently remodeled, they slapped some paint on the place and called it new. The room was musty/moist/moldy. The bedding was stained, the walls were dirty. The doors were dirty. The carpet was nasty. The two chairs in the room had nasty white crustys all over them. The door wouldn’t latch unless slammed very hard. Zero room service and no replaced towels. The pool area and spa area were dirty, toweless and the spa had layers of dead skin foam and crusties all around the edges. The breakfast was bad to say the least. The waffles no matter how long you cooked them were raw. The cereal was all stale. The bagels were slimy. I’d trust the bananas out of everything offered. Overall very disappointed with the quality of this “quality inn”.

There was a noticeable odor throughout the facility. Staffing appeared to be minimal, and staff members were not usually present at the front desk, although they could occasionally be found elsewhere in the building. The property does not have an elevator, so if you require assistance with luggage or have mobility concerns, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor. The staircase was quite dirty and did not appear to be cleaned or vacuumed regularly. The pool area was also extremely loud, even when only a few children were present. The location is a definite positive, with convenient access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. While cereal was available, my son wanted milk for it and we were unable to find any. Very hot in the dining area for a minimum amount of "warm" food options. Overall, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel only if you need a basic place to sleep, shower, and spend most of your day away from the property.
