Clean room, smells very fresh and very nice staff. This is my second Hotel. First one was a nightmare so had to relocated to this one. I used on my trip from the UK and will definitely use this Hotel on my next trip..

The property is in good condition overall. The room is about as basic and functional as you can imagine. Three light fixtures in the bed area are attached to the walls and have an institutional vibe. Putting the aesthetic aside, the fixtures have a plug and USB A port - it works. My room had one picture above the bed, a small table with two chairs and a desk with an office chair. The bathroom was clean with a bent towel bar. The main window (at ground level) was large but there was no means to limit how far it could open. I was hesitant to leave it slightly open for air in the night. The bed was comfortable; the two pillows were overstuffed foam – not my preference. The only real issue I had was the amount of air fresher they sprayed in the room. I opened both windows to clear it out. My initial thought it was masking a bad smell but that was not the case – they just sprayed way too much.

Room was very clean. It's in an excellent location with Denny's, McDonald's, and other restaurants in easy walking distance. Easy to find location off of both Hwy's 1 and 17. It's also an easy drive to beach and boardwalk. On a holiday weekend, I couldn't beat the price.

This property is a great place to crash near Santa Cruz for a reasonable price. It's well located, has onsite parking, and was clean and the owners/managers were helpful when I needed to change my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and had a microwave, coffee maker and mini-fridge included. The only downside was that housekeeping didn't do a full clean/maintenance for one of my days, I couldn't connect my computer to their internet (which is a me problem, not the hotel's - but if you have a highly secure computer, it may pose a problem.) The shower is a little short, but worked great. All and all, a great place to stay for the night and go out exploring during the day.
