The most unique thing is the traffic noise…I grew up in the area so was not surprised but they crammed this place into a tiny space a stone’s throw from a six lane highway The elevator was out of order and had been for days apparently. I was on the top floor. A staff member did bring my luggage up

The room was clean. The check-in was easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The downside that made this stay almost impossible was the elevator was not functioning. Two of our group have mobility issues. Handicap accessible rooms were requested. No one let us know that there wasn’t a working elevator until we arrived. The staff did all they could to assist us but no ground floor rooms were available. They carried our luggage to our rooms but it was quite a climb for two of our travelers. Be forewarned that there is no date as to when the elevator will be fixed. They are awaiting parts with no idea when they will arrive.

The elevator didn't work during our entire stay. There was no staff available to help with the luggage and we were staying on the fourth floor. At the very least they should have had help available or offered a discount.

On our second night, we returned to the hotel after a long day at 8pm to find that the hotel’s one and only elevator was broken, and they had no idea when it would be fixed, and it was not being worked on. We were on the 4th floor, and my mom uses a cane. They had no 1st floor rooms available, they had no other hotel to move us to. They offered us 50% off the room for that night if we checked out immediately. Once we cleared our room out, they wouldn’t process a check out, or even provide a note that we had checked out, and instead decided to call the cops on us. I do not recommend.

Elevator was broken & doesn't seems like they tried to fix it. Every time we had to go up by stairs to 4th floor. Imagine to walk up to 4th floor with suitcases & stuffs. Specially I got back pain so badly. We were not happy to stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel property is in a nice location with restaurants nearby. Unfortunately our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The entire floor we were staying in smelled like cigarettes but it was especially strong in our bathroom. We brought it up at to staff twice but nothing changed. Also, the walls are incredibly thin and we had a lot of activity in the halls all hours of the night. I won’t be staying here again, due to the cigarette smoke and noise.

The hotel is packed in on a commercial strip. The lobby is small and stark. There is no good view to be had. The room was small ...sink and mirror in the bedroom space...separate water closet and tub/shower. The room was clean and modern ...beds were fine. There is a large wall mounted flat screen tv. The provided breakfast is actually quite good with several hot and cold choices. Hey... For a one night stay, it was fine.

The Holiday Inn Express is the only hotel that I will stay at while traveling. My husband and I stayed here last night 4/24/25 for a concert that was in town. This location is clean, the rooms are amazing, the service (checking in and out) is super easy. The staff there are amazing, and go above and beyond!! If i could give a 100 star rating i would!!! Definitely worth it. We will be back.
