The staff was very nice. The lady that worked the breakfast was running around the whole time making sure everything was available to the guests. The morning manager even came in to ask how everything was, which was very nice. My only issue was the actual room. We couldn’t get in the door, we had to push it open with our shoulder. We couldn’t get in the shower. The sliding door wouldn’t open. I finally got in the shower and then I couldn’t get out. But the worst part was the bathroom was so small. The sink was out in the hall and it was so low to the ground. It was for somebody that was 3 feet tall. The sink was so small. You couldn’t put anything on it even your toothbrush and toothpaste. The luggage carrier was so small. We couldn’t even put two suitcases on it. But this particular site, the cement in front was all torn up. When my husband was pushing the luggage carrier, his suitcase fell off and cracked the whole corner of his suitcase. I was very disappointed in this place.

Comfortable and clean beds were the highlight of this property but we would not stay again. Though some things have been “updated” (new headboards) the general feel of the rooms and hotel is rundown, the room felt dirty (old carpet throughout/dirty carpets) and there was a very bad strong odour in the room and from the air vent which made it hard to sleep and left our family itching to get out of there as soon as we could.

We stayed here as it was closer to my daughter's college. First off, the room had a weird smell to it and the bathroom had mold all along the edge. The temperature of the water was warm....did not get hot. Elevator was very slow and it got stuck on one of the floors. The breakfast was good I will not be staying at this hotel again.
