Elevators were broken. Only one person working the breakfast and he was not able to keep up. Ice machines didn’t work. Asked for clean towels but never received them. Door to room would not lock properly. Bedding was very old and the whole hotel needs to be updated

Lacklustre check in. Couldn’t even be bothered to tell me the room number or where the rooms were. Restaurant was closed at 8pm my arrival. No offer of any assistance or what options I may have. Very disappointed.

The room was great, remodeled and clean. The staff was kind and quickly assisted with check-in. I was disappointed that the pool and the gym were closed, said they were being renovated. Area has plenty of places to eat and it was quiet and peaceful at night.

We stayed here because of an early flight. We were able to leave the car in the parking lot and take their shuttle. They have a great bar with food options and plenty of seating. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly. The Bar and Grill has EXTREMELY slow service. About 40 minutes for our burger and a club sandwich. The hotel is right on the street and the street noise was so bad. No smart tv's. I couldn't even cast to the tv. The lighting in our room was so dim. It's an ok place but for $400, um no. Never again.

I appreciate the free shuttle from the airport. The hotel is close to the airport, Freedom Hall and University of Louisville. Walkable to restaurants. The staff is kind and the lobby/facility is comforting and clean. The rooms are big and clean. It is quiet, relaxing and I feel safe.

Room was extremely dark, outdated and poorly maintained! The door between the bedroom and the sofa sleeper room wouldn’t close. The roll up shade would not work. There was no TV in the sofa sleeper area, there were only 2 small bedside lights to light the entire room. Light sockets were very loose so plugs fell out. Peeling paint, popcorn ceiling, dark grey walls and old looking decor gave it a gloomy feel. Treadmills did not work. Phone in room did not work. Asked for towels but did not receive any until we went to front desk ourselves. Pool was very cold, looked dirty and had clumps of hair floating in it. I wanted some ice and spent 10 minutes looking for an ice machine. We skipped the $10 breakfast buffet and went to a nearby Cracker Barrel because the buffet looked very underwhelming.

First night i had 3 bug bites. I show them a bed bug that i took picture and left evidence of dead bug on the light stand. 2nd day, they changed room for me. I appreciated but bunch hair role was under my bed sheets. I also took pictures.

This is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. It's located right across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center, which housed the venue we were attending.

Room was dark, no free breakfast even though reservations confirmed there was it cost 10 dollars, room was not cleaned to give us clean towels or wash clothes. Evening staff was rude. Don’t waste your money

We were very disappointed in our stay (6 women over 60) the bar and restaurant were closed, the pool wasn't open. We went and enjoyed our day in Louisville and wanted to come back to the 4 points, relax in the pool and have some dinner, we could not do that. The hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable and the beds we hard. We called down for extra blankets and pillows for the hide a bed (which i believe should of already been in the room, when they arrived one of the blankets was moldy!!!

Not the quietest AC but also near the airport so if you’re a light sleeper, not the best place for you. I slept like a baby because we were there to walk right across the street to the music festival for 4 days. Excellent location, clean and super friendly staff.

Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Location is convenient to Louisville airport, U of L, Churchill Downs, etc. Room was a little larger than average. The AC clanged off and on through the night, so that was a little frustrating. And disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, which I'm sure I just didn't notice when I booked it.

Hotel & room were clean and staff were pleasant. Walls are extremely thin, TV didn’t work, a wall in the bathroom wasn’t fully painted - there was a patch that was still primer - noticeable vs. rest of the walls.

Stayed here the night before our Disney trip. Was able to park for free for the week. Shuttle to the airport was great and took 5 minutes. The room was HUGE!! Highly recommend staying here when in Louisville, especially if you are flying out of SDF in the morning. You can stay and park for almost the same as just parking for the week.

The hot buffet breakfast, while small, is worth the discounted price offered when making reservations. The staff is nice and helpful and they even offered to pick me up from an event at UL with their airport shuttle. My only complaint is that the free WiFi could be stronger. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were too inexperienced and very carless with the check in process on such a international event of the KY Derby. I had something shipped to the hotel to be picked up when I arrived it took 3 people to find it when I had to explain 3 different time what to look for. The bar area was trashed most of the time and the bar tender late Friday night was very obviously drunk. He attempted to pour a drink for us and walked out midway to get another bottle and total forgot what he was doing admittedly when he returned. We had to tell him to forget it.

Tim was the BEST!!! So kind and polite, very knowledgeable about the area and history.. if I had to rate his customer service it would definitely be 20/10, made you feel comfortable in a city you’ve never been to before… thank you again Tim!!

Got double charged for 3 rooms. Front desk clerk Emanuel refused to refund the over charged amount. Asked to speak to a manager and he got very upset and call the police on us trying to get us kicked out of the hotel. The police officers saw where we were double charge but were not able to do anything being a civil suit. The police officers then told the front desk that we were not to be evicted from the property. He still continued to refuse to call a manager. The next morning on the day of check out, a manager was there and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Very apologetic and working to get the overcharges corrected. As far as Emanuel, absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received and we won’t be staying at anymore four points unless this employee is no longer employed with them. 1 or 2 other people behind us canceled there reservations while all of this was taking place.

We booked for a 2 night stay, and was unable to stay the 2nd night. Expedia stated we already missed the cancellation window, but the hotel was understanding and refunded us our 2nd night. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. Location is super close (3 minutes) to the airport and they’re happy to shuttle you over at 4:00am - great service and beds really comfortable. Only drawback is you have to go elsewhere to eat. Arby’s is next door, Italian and Mexican are across a busy highway.

Convenient to Louisville Convention Center but close to loud outdoor music during the day, airplane noise from airport, and traffic noise. The Breakfast was so bad, the coffee labeled bold was watery. One time dining here was enough. The bathroom ventilation system, does not turn off and is very loud.

The hotel, room, staff were great. Good location too. But: I selected this hotel because I thought it had a better restaurant that it actually did. Was even "shut down" served drinks only. When I travel without a car I want to be able to have dinner in the hotel after a long work day. Breakfast buffet was horrible too. Sooo very disappointed. I will not stay there again. Sad, as i said the room and staff were great, but this restaurant situation was very disruptive and bad for me, had to get outsidr food delivery, took a long time and expensive.

This hotel need a serious update/ upgrate. Just getting old, refreshing is needed!!!!! And the worst is the bar restaurant the food is horrible !!!! And lack of choises. The lady who served us tried but you need really competent people running this place. The only positif staff was one of the lady at the front desk short black hair forget her ., Not sure i will stay again
