I’m writing to bring to your attention ongoing maintenance and service problems during my stay at [Hotel Name] from [check-in date] to [check-out date], which were not handled with appropriate urgency or customer care. Here is a brief timeline of the issues I experienced: Day 1: The toilet did not work. Day 2: The toilet was fixed to flush properly. Shortly after, the toilet handle became broken. Day 3: The sink backed up, and maintenance was sent out to address the problem. After these repeated issues, I was offered a change of rooms. However, the new room also had problems: Lights did not work Chargers were not provided When I raised these concerns to the hotel front desk, I felt the response was not concerned and there were no apologies or clear acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I’m requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure guests receive timely repairs and respectful service. I would appreciate a response regarding what went wrong operationally and how you will prevent similar issues going forward. Best Regards, Darrin

The hotel is starting to look a little rough around the edges. It wasn't bad...just needs to be maintained better. For example, the wall paper was peeling. The lighting was harsh. And the drywall around the lights had holes. Additionally, the breakfast was ok. Not great, but not bad. Just....ok. Really... everything about my stay was just ok.

N/a - Stand up shower had mildew surrounding base. Unattractive and uncomfortable using it. A few minor cosmetics areas could tell it’s an older property. Overall staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend more fruit options such as apples or bananas instead of hard to peel oranges. Alternative meet instead of solely pork bacon.Lovely touch offering the chocolate chip cookies.
