Staff was not very friendly, at check in or the bistro. We ate at the bistro one night during our stay, it is extremely overpriced. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup, my daughter ordered the skillet meatballs, we waited approximately 1.5 hours for our food. Our first night the electricity went off (of course that’s not the staffs fault) but they do not have a backup generator, or emergency lights.

Pros: clean, lady that worked the coffee shop is the best asset this place has(great customer service), updated, pool area was clean. Cons: it ticks me off when I specifically choose a property based on the amenities offered and said amenities are not working properly. Hot tub was cold! We couldn’t get the fire pit working. Night staff guy was unfriendly at checkin and had zero clue what to do with fire pit or hot tub. If you aren’t naturally great at being welcoming and helpful, then learn the skill of customer service or find somewhere else to work.

We had a great short stay . Miss Tori at the front desk was super sweet to my kiddos and helped me to get an early check in so that my daughter could get ready for her gymnastics competition. She was for sure the best part of our stay at the hotel . The only negative was that the indoor pool was way too cold for my kiddos to swim . The pool was the top reason we chose that hotel so that was a let down but most everything else was good . Thanks again to Miss Tori she was professional and just a doll !

Arrived at 5 and no rooms were available. Once we finally got a room the restroom wasn’t clean. Amenities were missing. The floor didn’t looked vacuum as of it was a rushed job. I won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

The first room I was given was not cleaned by housekeeping and the second room still had trash from the pervious guest that occupied the room. The hotel is run down and really need some updates.

Our stay was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was great , our only complaint was the fridge in the room wasn’t working, the very helpful staff got it up and running, but was still bad do to the fact it was on some type of timer, and shut off every 2 hours

The room was very outdated, nothing modern, old tables and sofas, poor color scheme, flooring old carpet was also outdated, the painting was horrible, untextured walls, tv didn’t have a good signal, no sign of sterilization post COVID, didn’t smell clean in the bathroom. We didn’t use the shower because of the appearance. Worst hotel experience and I was very surprised

I requested a late check out and verified it 3 different times. Then the day of check out I was told I had to leave at regular check out time which put me in a bind. I also put a do not disturb sign up on my door and housekeeping still knocked on the door both days.

I had a confirmed reservation that I had made a week prior. I arrived at the hotel on the evening of my reservation, and the front desk told me that they had no more rooms available. No one called emailed or texted me to tell me that I didn’t have a hotel room. They said there was a problem with their computer program, so there were lots of people arising to check in who didn’t have rooms. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

The room was good, the location was good. We stopped in for a night while passing through the area. We arrived at 8pm and left at 5am. Didn’t eat breakfast because it doesn’t start til 6. The bed was a little more firm then we like so it wasn’t a great night sleep. (Wish I had read that on a review so I wouldn’t have booked it).

I really like this hotel. We stayed here last year for a band event for my son. I remembered how good the breakfast was and how friendly the staff was. This time the staff was still friendly, but unfortunately I guess they had a call in and the restaurant didn’t open. I was really banking on the restaurant being open the next morning because we didn’t have time to get breakfast elsewhere. Other than that, everything was great. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are amazing!!! They’re super helpful and friendly! Ironically the front desk staff has the personality of a box of rocks, but they weren’t rude.

This location was unlike any Courtyard Marriott I have stayed at previously for several reasons. The housekeeping staff was inconsiderate, disregarding the sign on the door. The hotel website advertises free hot breakfast, however, that was not an option. The only option for breakfast was an expensive menu. The menu also did not include child options. Due to the hotel advertising mistake, the staff at the bistro went above and beyond to give our family of 5 one complementary meal. The bistro staff was amazing in comparison to the hotel staff. The indoor pool needed to be cleaned- it had a visible film on the top of the water. This hotels sole redemption is that it is located in Lafayette, LA

Upon arrival I was given the keys to my room once I open the door, I saw shoes on the floor and someone was laying in the bed so I exited the room went back to the front desk advised them that there was someone in the room room 114 they sent housekeeping to get the person out, they gave me another room. Room 102 , I went to that room open the door. Someone was in that room also terrible experience initially the front desk say that they would give me a refund for all the trouble, and I also saw an unknown charge on my card for snacks that I’ve never bought.

This was our second stay here. As before, the staff is awesome! I can not repeat that enough, The staff is awesome!!! I have an unreasonable child that demanded a pillow fort. Our room had 5 pillows. I went downstairs around 9:30 to ask for some extra pillows. What was brought to us was 8 pillows!! Awesome pillow fort for the kid, happy mom and dad!! Thank you so very much, we'll be back soon.

Room was hot the whole time, the air was on low but the positioning of the air conditioner underneath the cabinet was not useful. Hot tub was broke, pool was dirty looking a foggy. There is no bistro, just a Starbucks in the lobby.
