The property is in pristine conditions, clean and neat. Staff helpful and attentive. Fitness center available 24 hours. If you are not willing to go out for diner, the restaurant at the hotel is a great option, as well as the room service. Great bar to mingle and have a good time with live music, and if the weather permits, you can enjoy the rooftop or the nice courtyard.

Overall this hotel was great. The room and areas throughout were clean and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable! While the room never had a bad odor, there were times when the hall to the room along with the side entrance area did. The only real negative to this property is the parking. Which is along each side and in the back. All valet parking is designated in the few front spaces and side that are closest to the entrance. To me this makes no sense considering someone bringing these cars to the entrance for the owners!!! While people who (pay regular parking) have to walk to their cars have to park the farthest away. There was rain during our visit and multiple areas of the parking lot flood making it difficult or impossible to park. Thankfully there are two side entrances but its still a long distance if you’re stuck parking in the back!

I almost always stay at Marriott properties. This particular hotel was disappointing. The pool was VERY cloudy, couldn't see the bottom for the entire visit and no shade in the pool area. In the room, windows were fogged up - permanently (between panes) where I would have had a view of the river. Bathroom was clean but old grout and noisy fan gave appearance of dingy. A couple of the outlets did not work which made charging devices. Saffire restaurant was fine, had one light lunch and a drink - bartender was great. Good news: The 'barista' at the coffee bar was wonderful, bed was comfortable, pillows and linens were top notch. I would not stay at this location again.

The room was great. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was nice. However....the parking lot floods if you are self-parking. We waded through ankle deep water after a typical rainstorm to get to our car, and it soaked the shoes we were wearing for a college tour that morning. We had to go to Target to buy sandals. They should post that flooding is possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the pool area is beautiful. The lobby has a nice view of the river. Parking is in the back of the hotel, the extra cost for valet is likely worth it.

This hotel was adjacent to the River Dog stadium. About $10.00 uber away from the French Quarter. Pool was so hot that it was more bath water than refreshing. But the room was good size and the bed was comfy. Bar had pricey but good drinks. Overall a good stay. Rooftop bar closed earlier than stated on the brochure but did not make or break the stay. I would stay here again.

The price was right and location decent. Lobby was clean and fitness center was decent. Rooms were outdated, bathrooms too small, room lighting was terrible and cleaners didn’t show up the first two days. The rooms need a major updating. Lighting in room and bathroom is poor: it’s either a super bright spotlight or pitch black. Nothing in between. Cleaners didn’t change towels or sheets until third day when we asked them directly. I would not stay again.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Note that parking is about $15/day, not walkable to town. Also, our room wouldn’t cool below 67° which is hot for me since I’m a hot sleeper. Also only 2 creamers provided and I used one that was chunky. Starbucks in the lobby for $ but I’m not a Starbucks girl.

The ac in the room wad terrible. It was 71 when we checked in and set it it 67, the lowest it would go, never reached that temperature. By the time we got up, showered and got out of the room before 11 it was 76!!!! We were sweltering. Told the desk in the morning, they didnt seem to care or offer anything for the issue. Will not revisit this location.

The hotel was nice, but not amazing. There was a problem. One morning, a fire alarm did go off and the hotel was evacuated. Luckily there was not a fire and the guests returned. but the staff did not help the guests, guide the guests and it was discovered that on one of the upper floors an exit door was locked and the guest had to take the elevator to the lobby during the evacuation. The staff weren’t very welcoming. The parking was terrible and had a handicapped need unless we would have done valet parking which is super silly when it’s one parking space off and multiple places marked as valet. More valet parking than regular parking. I’m sure there won’t be park your own soon. Whatever the cleaning people spray in the hallways and rooms was overpowering. I could smell it in my clothes when I got home and took them out to wash.

The bartender at the rooftop bar side eyed us several times and never helped us…he walked past us several times helping ppl who walked up after us several times. We finally left and went to the restaurant bar on the lobby floor and although helpful they we’re not sympathetic at all nor was anything done about it. We had our cocktail and appetizers and left. The hotel isn’t as close to things as we would have hoped but that’s on us I guess for not doing better research. Honestly would not book here again. The front desk person was lovely and gave us access to the concierge lounge which was great, and she provided an entire sheet of restaurant recommendation and a large city map which was helpful.

We t stayed here after our cruise and right before our flight home. So we arrived early and before check-in time, on a rainy day. The front staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my family of 4 and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated! Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and cozy! Definitely recommend!

The whole hotel is amazing! Beautiful and elegant decorated and one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Super clean and comfortable too. Only thing is that you cannot walk to any of the main city attractions. But Uber worked fine. Just a few minutes ride to anything.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were super friendly. It’s located right across the street from the river so you can walk over and enjoy the view from the pier or a park bench. Lastly, the restaurant inside the hotel was top notch and the food was delicious.

This is our 3rd stay here. Very nice hotel in general. Kids love it. Great pool and work put facilities. I took off a point for the quality of breakfast. They charge a lot extra for powdered eggs, stale waffles and terrible coffee. Otherwise we love it here.

A bit disappointed in my stay - The rooftop bar was closed each day of my stay with a different reason. Housekeeping took my towels and didn’t leave new ones (and didn’t take out my trash). I had no soap. Drinks at the hotel bar were terrible.
