All of the staff were great except for the young lady that prepared the breakfast, she was not pleasant at all. The rooms were spacious, but I had problems with the air condition, they did provided a fan. The ice machine did not work on my floor and one of the elevators was down the 3 days that I stayed. The parking lot has very poor lighting. I was very disappointed, not impressed at all.

I contacted the hotel that I would have a late arrival and my room still wasn’t ready when I arrived at 10:22 pm. Marcus was great and immediately contacted the General manager which I was compensated for one night. However, there was so much construction going on that we really couldn’t enjoy the hotel. Fitness center was closed, the lobby was closed so we had to go to a meeting room for breakfast and some restrictions for using the swimming pool. I just wasn’t impressed and wish I had known construction was going on because I would’ve reserved another hotel.

Clean, breakfast was nice everyday, pool was amazing the first day because it was so warm and towels stocked, after that they didn’t stock towels, yes my kids were loud at the pool but who’s aren’t!? Pool was ice next day and never warm again. I had to ask for towels every single time. Tyler who works front desk came and told me he heard my TODDLERS running to and from when we would leave and he told us telling them to stop should help one of them being autistic. Very rude, I’m gonna assume he doesn’t have kids. So if you make any noise, have kids I don’t recommend coming here especially when the punk dude with a nose ring is working. The cleaning staff was also very snoody. Breakfast staff I seen was amazing, even told me good morning!

Overall good hotel: Small gym, a few weights with max of 20lbs. Housekeeper didn’t clean our room and when asked said they were sorry but they went home for the day. Breakfast was good.

For the most part the property was nice, however our room had a few dark stains that looked like blood on the pillows themselves and the carpet. Other than that, the hotel was decent enough. All the staff was very friendly and approachable!

This hotel has literally nothing but potential. Great layout. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the door to my room was broken and almost was trapped inside at one point. The glasses in the bathroom were covered in hair and dirt. I wanted to make a cup of coffee in the morning and the coffe pot was filled with moldy coffee. I let the staff know about it and later when I returned to the rooom nothing was cleaned. I was disappointed because I liked the room. At least they offered me points on Bonvoy to make it up. So effectively they did nothing.

While this started out as great stay the first room was the only room that did not have TNT to watch the NBA games so we were offered to switch rooms to be able to watch is which is great. Until it wasn’t. We found a bed bug in our bathroom; neither of us had been bit at this time. After two nights in the second room, I left earlier than my partner and he checked out. At this time I had numerous bites all over my left arm and side, which is the side I laid on. He informed the check out desk when he checked out, they were supposed to call me because the booking was under my name. They have never called, do not recommend staying here. Poor service and very poor conditions.

The room was disgusting. Mold on the bathroom door and ceiling. Stains on the couch. Ripped mattress, Stained mattress, distressed flooring. We checked out and drove home 30 minutes after we checked in.

This is going to be a nice hotel. Currently they seem to be updating it. I didn't notice any noise from workers or any disturbance from that. The rooms are very nice. But... The climate control in the rooms are absolutely terrible. It only works if you are moving around in the room. There is a motion sensor and once you fall asleep the heat or AC stop working. We couldn't get the room under 73 degrees fahrenheit in the 3 days we stayed. They also did not have hand soap. I asked for some and they told me it was backordered. Seems like they should have gone and gotten some locally for people, but I doubt anyone washes their hands after using the bathroom anyways. They did have body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted to the shower wall. The breakfast was good but only one waffle maker slowed down people and cause some crowding in the breakfast area. Overall a good hotel that could easily be great.

The biggest problem we had was the entry door to our room. The lock kept sticking so it was very hard to open. Complained three times but no solution. Food at the breakfast was stone cold.

We stopped for an overnight stay passing through the area. The hospitality associate at the front desk ( Lance ) was very friendly. The room was huge and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but was good!

Was not a completely horrible experience, clean hotel, just very rude and unfriendly staff. Not that I expect them to be over friendly but they definitely make you think they are in their way. Not speaking on all staff there was one kind cleaning lady but that’s the only one who was. I would choose another local option if you can.

The hotel was very nice for the money. The breakfast was excellent, and Randy made sure everyone was taken care of and very friendly. Scott at the front desk, was very helpful with restaurants and we gave him a few suggestions for he and his wife to try and to let guests know. Downtown Miamisburg was very clean and the restaurants were very good. The Air Force Museum is free and was amazing. We took a trip to Loveland and Lebanon for some small business shopping. Amazing trip.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is close enough to UD to be convenient, without paying the high prices of the the closer hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting to breakfast early bc most items were gone by 9:30 am on a Saturday (waffle batter, oatmeal etc). The sound proofing in the hallway is poor so you will hear everyone as they walk down the hall. However, we never heard the people near us once they were in their rooms. It was no issue for us but might be an issue for lighter sleepers or those traveling with little ones.

Very clean. Affordable. Conveniently located to eateries, shopping, gas stations. Enjoyed the coffee in room,( would think a K cup machine would be convenient for those that like different coffees and teas?) didn't partake in offered breakfasts, But it smelled wonderful. Would recommend others to stay here!

Bathroom not clean, dirty washcloth was left hanging over the shower rod. Bathroom countertop was not cleaned well and had water spots all over it along with dried soap possibly. Overall the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned well. Breakfast was one of the worst. Don’t bother and just go out for breakfast.

This was one of the more updated hotels we have stayed in lately. The room was GREAT, but the bed was underwhelming, as well as the bathroom, and the thermostat would NOT get below 70. I love a cool room when I sleep and that was a bit too high to sleep comfortably. It seemed clean, so I still felt like the value was good. When we were arrived they were short staffed so, like everywhere these days, but once we made it to the counter the gentleman at the counter was friendly and did a good job. The price was AMAZING for the room we got. The breakfast was very poor. I'm not expecting a chef or anything, but the eggs were swimming in water, the biscuits were extremely dry, the gravy was watered down, and there wasn't a waffle maker, which typically can save a breakfast if there isn't much else. We ended up going to get something instead of eating it. Overall it was a good value for the price, but I couldn't rate it extremely high because of the breakfast and the thermostat....
