3 issues: 1. Dog fee $50 per night was excessive and more than we’ve paid at other area hotels. 2. No hot breakfast available and no price concession for this. 3. Side entrance door to parking lot left ajar at all times so hotel not secure. This is a dangerous condition.

The lobby bathrooms are locked (you need a key), if you’re checking in late at night. Lots of construction around, pool not operational, bathrooms really need to be upgraded and cleaned! Only stayed one night to split our trip but would not do it again. No hard feelings but definitely room for improvement!

This HIE seems absolutely new (COMPLETELY REFURBISHED), with a lovely outdoor seating area, impressive condition and exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful reception staff, a beautiful outdoor pool area, and a full complimentary breakfast. This is definitely on our "we will be back" list. Good choice Laurie!!!

Staff is friendly, it’s an express hotel so it’s very small with only 1 elevator, breakfast was reliable and just ok, the staff has to be more careful with cleaning I found food from the prior guest which is unacceptable.

Floors very thin could hear neighbors upstairs and next door. Hallway carpet very dirty and lots of dark dirt spots. Security issue side door didn’t lock so anyone could enter /exit 24/7 no room key needed.

Staff was friendly. Just note they will make you wait until exactly 3:00 pm to check. Then it took a bit for them to get some clitches taken care of to start the check in process. The hotel was good. Felt safe in the area and felt my car was secure in the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Need more of a variety of condiments. Room pillows are very very soft and the bed was comfortable.

Great stay here! Arrived around 3pm - smelled clean right away. Room was not quite ready so we explored the area. Once we were in, the room was lovely. Comfy and super clean. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was also good. Overall, a great place to rest for a night or two.

Cable TV in room has only 2 irrelevant channels(Bravo & Travel). All others have no siginal or broken pixels. Shower stall has black mold on edge and on drain hole. Wall and room layout has the feel of a retro-fitted cheap Motel 6. Breakfast ordinary.

The shade was inoperable and the clerk’s solution was to give me extra sheets to cover the opening which allowed light and visual access to the room from front of the building..privacy was compromised. They appeared to be pretty full; perhaps another room was not available. Tough nite of sleep.

Room wasn’t swept, they put us in the room next to the laundry and the workout room, although we were one of the first to check in. Noisy.. the TV didn’t work (except for 8 off brand channels and 60 music channels). Tech came by and said that he’d “call the cable people on Monday”. That didn’t help me at all. Had to ask three times to get a pillow.

We loved this place. First thing I looked up the reviews. And its truly matching the property. We were family of 8, they had such a beautiful large room with 3 queen beds and pull out sofa for another 2 ppl to sleep in. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable,clean. Great breakfast!!! Friendly helpful staff!!!

I have stayed at this location a few times. I love the fact that all of my family can share the huge 3 queen bed suite together. The only issue this time was the tub in Room 411. It's squeaky and feels unsafe, like its going to cave in, especially for adults. Otherwise, everything else was great.

After signing paperwork I was informed that the key machine was inoperable and that every time I left I had to be let back in by front desk clerk. Jonathan who was accommodating had to do this for every guest and we had to wait to get back into our room. Unacceptable!!! Also coffee machine was broken therefore we couldn’t make coffee in our room. This was not what I bargained for after paying 157.00 for a one night stay. I feel a reimbursement is definitely due considering the inconvenience we were put through. Fifteen hours later and key machine is still not fixed. Totally ridiculous for a corporation of this magnitude not to address this situation immediately.

I booked early November through Afterpay I get to the hotel Friday evening and someone has deleted the virtual card so they made pay an additional $116 after I had already paid $163. I was told Michelle would issue me a refund for the $116 and I have yet to receive it.

Your staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Every one of them we encountered had excellent manners, too. The only flaw I noticed was that the furniture in the eating area needs to be re-upholstered. I suspect that is probably on the schedule. 😊

The staff is literally awesome. So friendly. The check in was a breeze and the two ladies working the breakfast on Easter morning couldn't have been nicer and happier. Room was clean and it was a nice little stop on our longer trip down 95.

When I was checked in the young man was texting on his cell phone. Acted perturbed that I disturbed him since I literally just booked it. I had to wait for it to come through so I let the person behind me go and as I watched him continue texting on his phone standing at the front desk needing to ask the customer again what she said because he was texting on his phone. He finished with her. I get up there. My reservation is now in the system. He continue texting on his cell phone. I asked a question and waiting for a response and I realize he was still texting on his cell phone then asked me what was it that I said. Very rude,

This place was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was beyond perfect. The cleanliness was perfect. The bathroom had a fantastic shower !!!! We wished we had stayed there more often.The breakfast was top class!! Everything was fresh. The eggs were tasty and warm. The hot frosted cinnamon buns were so delicious. They had everything you needed to enjoy a wonderful breakfast. The staff at the front desk recommended a restaurant for us for dinner that was great . Thank you to all involved for making our stay very special!!!!

Comfy king size bed with wonderful soft sheets! Nice shower, very clean room. Breakfast was better than most with real oatmeal (not instant packages) cinnamon rolls, bagels, and pancakes along with the usual eggs and sausage, yogurt and cold cereal.
