I loved this hotel! I am very sensitive to noise. It was quiet! And clean. And had a very calming vibe. The front desk staff and cleaning people were very nice and helpful. Hugo at the front desk let me chamge my room when the first room was noisy. He came up and moved my things for me. Bed and pillows comfortable. The gym was great, machines all in good conditon. I loved it here.

Hotel was clean except 3rd floor, my floor, was under construction which left us no access to elevators when coming and going, room keys would reset 2 times a day and had to make a trip to lobby to get room keys reset, tried everything from keeping away from phone and credit cards as we were told that was the issue but continued to happen, breakfast was good, room was good

The only issue I had was the toilet felt like it was on the ground. Great service from front desk. Explained how to get points with app. Used computer setup for a quick job related issue. Very clean. Would recommend to all good stay!

Room, however, was not very clean, clearly left over hair and bits from previous visitors, one table surface had food remnants. Breakfast very basic (cereal, biscuits and gravy). Seems like they are doing renovations, so hopefully things will improve.

The property is under major construction. I was on a floor where all the windows were open in the rooms that weren’t being used made me feel unsafe. Also the room I stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. I do like that they had hot fresh breakfast every morning. Outside of that I think the condition it’s in is not worth $100 a night.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was good. The downside was the location. Very hard to get in and out of the hotel parking lot on the very busy road it's on.

The room was nice, however the beds are way too tall. Being under 5' tall I had great difficulty getting into the bed. The bathroom outlet for the coffee maker and hair dryer did not work and the toilet seat was loose. The staff was friendly and room was clean.

Everything was clean. It was close to restaurants. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative was that there were no USB ports on the lamps, or anywhere in the room, for charging phones so I think they need to update that. The room had everything you would need otherwise.

The facilities were clean and was able to check in early. Our concern came when the manager appeared to be watching guest. He followed us onto the elevator and then didn’t get off at our floor. We grabbed our bags to leave and he was standing outside our room as if waiting for us.
