Likes - Proximity to restaurants was great! Quiet hallways. Indoor pool. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Dislikes - Check-in staff forgot our breakfast vouchers, so we had to ask about them. Pull out couch bed had a red sequence on it and a few pubic hairs from some past guests. Yuck! No hot tub.

Stayed here after a concert at the Marshall Health Arena. Hotel is directly next to the venue which made leaving the concert a breeze. When checking in there wasn’t enough parking spots, we did have to park in the parking garage behind the hotel. But the front desk validated our ticket so not an issue whatsoever. Very nice front desk/bar staff.

Overall room was good. The multi head shower head did not work properly so water sprayed all over as the wand was always on. The shower door didn't stay closed. We did not receive any wifi instructions. Pool was closed. Finally when Bill came it was $45 less than what hotels.com charged me. Will not be using hotels.com to book again.

Hotel room was clean. The hallways and public spaces needed some seeing to. Our room never got stayover service (we did not use our dnd sign) so we had to ask for new towels. The hotel was very clean--SUPER clean! The staff was very friendly--each employee I came in contact with offered pleasant greetings and Abbi was very helpful. The breakfast buffet featured a good variety of hot and cold foods--definitely worth the additional cost. I had dinner at the bar one evening, the Boss Burger was tasty. The room was great, bed was comfortable. First time at this property, but I will definitely return. This will be my first choice for lodging the next time I visit downtown Huntington!

We had to wait a hour and a half after check-in to get a room I paid for two breakfast cards that I never received, I ended up having to go and get a refund for which the all you can eat breakfast should just be included with the stay because it’s not worth paying separate for. The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom smelled like pee because the toilet was leaking.

This hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the rooms were spacious. The black out blinds worked out great for us, we needed to sleep in and the room stayed dark and quiet. We couldn’t hear anything going on outside of our room. It is directly across the street from Mountain Health Arena. The hotel has its own parking lot so if you’re going to an event there, this is the perfect location. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a nice property. One of the elevators was not functioning properly which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. Quick and easy check in/out. Large room and they had a crib for the baby.

The hotel overall was very nice. The issues I had were that the Presidential suite was on the 2nd floor of 5 floors, and the window in the bedroom faced the lobby, and the window was not sound proof. I awoke the first morning at 4:30 am to the vacuum cleaner. I addressed with the staff and they were most apologetic. Quiet each morning thereafter. I will say all staff were accommodating and very friendly.

The stay would have been at least a 4 but for the 2nd stay in a row check out is at noon not 10. Why are you knocking on my door waking me up at 10 when checkout is at NOON. Beds are nice showers are nice pretty clean all around but stop waking me up every time I stay there. May have to look around for another place if this doesn’t stop.

Things went fine until the evening of my 1-night stay, when someone began trying to break into my room using a twisted wire to open the door latch. I grabbed the wire and told the intruders to leave before I called the front desk. It turned out the intruder was a hotel maintenance worker who was trying to open the door because another guest was booked to my room AFTER I was. The front desk said the computer did not have a record of my check-in, which was ridiculous. Later that evening someone from the front desk phoned and said they had determined that the computer had deleted my check-in record 30 minutes after I checked in, reason unknown. This was a jarring experience that left me rattled, as during my confrontation with the intruders I was afraid for my life.

We arrive around 9pm. The bar was open, but no food was available. We ordered DoorDash from a local restaurant. Breakfast is not included in the basic room reservation. We ordered AM room service because we had to get up early. It was very expensive and terrible. They did not have fresh eggs to order them over easy. Everything was very salty On-site parking is limited and not guaranteed. Paid public parking is behind the building. The staff was friendly.
